There's a sign up front that says back in 30 minutes I've been waiting here longer than 30 minutes there's two employees in there if they need to take a lunch they should stagger their lunch so they can keep the doors open

Do not buy! I purchased 3 specialty hats telling the employee I did not know if they would fit and would need to return them if not only to be told they were not eligible for return after having my son try on one! They are in perfect condition with the tags on and paper still in the form of the hat! There is nothing in their return policy saying I cannot return them just an employee saying I can't. Unfortunately we will not be back and we have spent over $1,000 with them in games, plushies and more. It's sad they lost a customer over an ill informed employee or one who would simply not complete a return for me. They made the $75 this time and lost countless going forward

Sold me a used ps4 controller on Saturday a week ago. The controller never worked. Waste of a purchase. I called to see if I could still exchange it but he said the 7 day window was expired. He didn’t apologize, I said “well you sold a defective controller” and he hung up on me. We live around the corner and have 4 kids, but I’ll make sure I shop anywhere else from now on.

The leander store is always disappointing. The amount of times I've come to the store in the middle of the day and seen a sign that says "be back in x minutes" is crazy. Not to mention they like to open and close the store outside of normal operating hours.

I’m at the location and the sell person who is running the store just closed the store right when I was walking up to the store and it’s 7:04pm and it’s closes at 8:00pm. I was going to pay some items. Its stupid, and also the sell person there also saw me coming up to the store as well.
