The store is dirty and too packed to look at clothes.

Do not use this location for drop offs! They no longer help unload so it takes FOREVER!

Literally the worst Goodwill I have ever been to. Prices are insane, I have seen them loading up all the discount color tags from the floor to hide them in the back so when you try to shop that color there magically arent any with that tag. They dont let you use the dressing rooms. And whenever we try to donate anything they refuse to take it even though they seem to sell literal garbage. I've spent years shopping at Goodwill and have now switched to Savers. They give you a 20% coupon when you donate and gladly take whatever you donate.

I have always been a HUGE goodwill supporter. I have bought and donated over the years. I recently had several pieces of furniture and assorted items. I rented a uhaul to bring everything in a few runs. Never again..the associate rolled his eyes and was put out that I had so many things. I overlooked the first time but the second time was even worse. Then he just started telling me..we don't except chairs and other items. I said since when..I bought this at goodwill. After this experience I decided to look for other options. I donated all my other items to Restore in Round Rock. They recieved with happiness. It also helps the community. I will no longer donate to this location. They are spoiled

I really do believe in helping out and donating. But I felt really discouraged today donating a couple bags of clothes. The person was rushing like I was rushing him. Which I was not. I told him I could wait on what ever he needed to do. Then acted as if I inconvenienced him for donating. I don’t care about receipts and know they have a lot of work. This was disappointing.

The one complaint I have and I’m not alone. Only one dressing room open. There is currently one attendant standing around . Only one stall open. The attendant ever so helpful pointed to the only one available. I had to show her someone was in there. I say use them or take them all out.

Large furniture items for a cheap price. Clothing is higher priced.

Only 2 dressing rooms available on a Saturday. Looks like the many other dressing rooms are storage. Bad customer satisfaction seeing that! Sure wish they would do something about this

I donate a small bag of clothes every few months and tell me why it’s always some disgusting, rude, man child snatching my stuff from me and screaming at me. Qualifications to work here are rejects of society who can’t control their anger I guess :D

The guy at the donation has some nerve! Last two times I have donated he has been rude, disrespectful, and all thgether unpleasant. Furthermore he shows no respect for the donations. Looking at earlier reviews, it seems like a lot of complaints for the same employee. Is this how you address your customer complaints Goodwill?!

Experience here has always been meh. It’s the closest Goodwill to me so it’s where I tend to donate. Today will be the last time I donate or buy anything from this location. Went to donate clothes and household goods, guy at the drop off door immediately rolled his eyes upon seeing me. Then went on to say they didn’t want my garbage under his breath. Made sure everything I donated was clean and usable. Will drive out to the Cedar Park location from now on. Avoid this place if at all possible.

I just went to drop stuff off and some guy cussed me out that was taking donations. I actually quit coming to the location because the donation line is ALWAYS terrible. I was in a hurry today because I have a baby at home with a sitter. I'm currently downsizing because I need more room for that baby and I'm having a really tough time cleaning out my things. And I have an elderly parent fighting me about every single box and why shouldn't get rid of this junk. When I go to the goodwill by my work in Austin, the car in front and the back car unload to make the lone disappear. This guy cusses me out for doing that. Starts yelling at me about waiting my turn. Then get the guy donating in front of me to make comments about me being privileged. Seriously. From a dude in a BRAND new truck to the woman in the 10 year old beat up jeep suv. I'm willing to bet money neither of these guys are from Leander. I am from Leander. I grew up on Crystal Falls when it was still called county road 272. If he didn't want me to unload my car he could have asked nicely instead of just cussing me out and totally humiliating me and then reminding me I still had to wait in line.
