I took my grandson to get a haircut. The girl was nice but it wasnt the haircut I wanted. I took him back the next day and she argued. With me about the haircut and refused to even try to give me the cut I wanted.

This location is great! They have always done a wonderful job! I’ve been going here a year or so and every employee has been outstanding. I also like how the service is quick. I like to get in, get my haircut, and get out. Some other places I’ve gotten my haircut, it’s like they do a good job, but they are so slow. I like the online check-in with great clips. If there’s one tip I would give, it’s make sure you check in online. This location is so great, they’re usually busy, but if you check in online, you’ll have only a short wait.

This salon never has enough staff. Waiting an hour for a walk in haircut is unreasonable at this level.

The lady who cut my husband’s hair was rude and dismissive. My husband asks me to go with him to make sure his hair cut comes out good and a way that makes me happy. The woman who cut his hair ignored me when I spoke like I wasn’t there. When my husband came out he was unhappy with his hair. It is uneven and shorter than he wanted. We will not be back.

Loved their ability. They listened and did exactly as I liked. My granddaughter and great granddaughter had their hair cut too and they looked great.

No matter who cuts my hair at this location, I always get a good haircut. I don't have to worry about how it will turn out. That makes it very relaxing.

We usually have a good experience here, but yesterday was a completely different story. The haircut didn’t turn out the way we had intended — which is understandable, as miscommunication can happen. So, we asked the stylist to make a few adjustments to salvage the style.
While she is working on my kid's haircut, the stylist kept complaining about how we were wasting her time, that she had already spent twice as long, and that our second request was affecting her productivity (and thus pay). The situation escalated into a heated discussion, and we left with a bad taste in our mouths.
