I went thru the online process of reserving a space and when I tried to fit my Mobile Trailer into it, things were just too tight. They helped me out and got me into a space that was ideal for my RV! Thx!

I can't say enough good things about CubeMart Self Storage! I've been using their facilities for a while now, and I currently have 4 storage units for my personal items indoors, as well as outdoor space for my boat and food truck. The convenience and flexibility they offer are unmatched, and I would definitely add a 5th unit if the need arises!
From start to finish, the entire process is incredibly easy and user-friendly. I love that I can handle everything myself without having to step into the office—it all can be done online! The customer service is top-notch; they are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I might have.
Not to mention, the pricing is very affordable compared to other storage options in the area. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient storage solution, I highly recommend CubeMart! You won’t be disappointed!

Since new managers took over storage units and became Cube Smart, the grounds are well kept up and everything is generally very tidy. The managers are readily available.

This place is horrible. I would never in my entire life recommend this place to a friend, loved one, or a family member. It is infested with rats. They’ve even transferred ownership of this property during my tenure of the storage unit. Someone had even opened our unit to put packets of rat poison inside in order to make them die off. My personal affects were ruined. Objects I have had for over a decade. Things given to me by people who are no longer alive anymore, were chewed through by rats and buried in copious amounts of rat feces. The storage unit was paid for, for almost a year. I thought naively my stuff inside would be safe. Nope! There were also various bugs and insects inside of my boxes. The rats chewed through plastic even, and then burrowed into my storage containers. The new owners appear to be helpful, but they’re really not. After seeing the state of my things, I left things in my unit because they were too far gone or just covered in so much rat feces, I wasn’t about to shake it off, clean it, and then put it in my vehicle. They want to charge me a fee for leaving my prized possessions in the unit instead of clearing it all out, which through their poor upkeep has now turned into garbage. The stuff I left behind is just garbage now. There’s not even a dumpster on site to dispose of the stuff that gets ruined by their poor management. Haha, yeah no, you can figure a way to deal with it. Not to mention the insurance policy I paid for won’t even cover the full-or even a fraction of the cost of things that were ruined in there. And whoever called me earlier to try to charge me (go ahead), but wanted to be cynical and passive aggressive about it needs to get fired. She was rude, and completely disrespectful and not at all understanding. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE. YOUR THINGS WILL NOT BE SAFE.

Just had our 2023 travel trailer stolen from here mid February 2024. There was also a storage unit break in mid January 2024 ($30k of supplies). Management never told us about the January break in and it could have prevented the theft of our trailer had they done their due diligence!
They say their security gate with a code to enter and exit was working mid Feb, however the day we went to pick up our trailer Feb 29 the gate was not working. Gate wide open when we arrived. Also their security cameras on the storage units do not work nor do the ones on the office! They blamed the office cameras malfunction from the remodel storquest is doing but say the storage unit cameras never worked. WTH!?
Careful what you pay for. Sounds like ours was an inside job. We have never taken our trailer for more than 5 days and no one questioned why it had been gone for two weeks!! No on has ever been on property, in the office,when I’ve gone out there since storquest took over but now with the reno, maybe there will be. However faulty equipment and a false sense of security is shameful!
If their cameras worked, maybe they could recognize the tenant doing the thefts. Or maybe the gate has been broken since our last trip out there mid January!
Oh and no responsibility from the facility for the theft! Civil suit in pursuit for gross negligence!

Beware of their bad business. I rented a small unit around spring and moved out this early this month. Come to find some of my clothes chewed up boxes chewed up. Rat poop everywhere and they do not want to be accountable to take care of the place do an extermination. I got pictures of it. The office does not answer during business hour and they are not helpful.
