I'm glad I no longer have a Honda to take here. It was not a pleasurable experience taking my car here. Often times they missed something on the first diagnostic, and I had to come back for the same problem. Having an older car shouldn't be an excuse why people aren't familiar with certain vehicular issues. I appreciated the free loaners while my car was in for service, and even paying $30 for a loaner was still a good deal. Maybe the sales section is a better experience.

They were fantastic! They had did all our recalls for us, got us a ride home and back to the dealership, and they completely cleaned the van out! We have 5 kids and the van was a disaster. We got it back almost like brand new! Will definitely be taking it back there.

Was able to get a next day appointment. Arrived, was taken to the waiting room promptly. Waited in the comfortable waiting room while having a latte from their coffee machine. Service was done before it was estimated. Received a detailed video from the tech that worked on my car. Had a very pleasant experience with my new service advisor, Michael W. Glad I made the switch to Honda Leander!

My service advisor Mike, was great. I had been in the car service industry and understand they get very busy at times.Although, I was disappointed to find out my truck hadn’t gotten the work it needed done that day. Mike was very honest on what had happened and then made it right. Came in early, had the first tech available before the dealership even opened working on my truck. He had it ready to go at 8am.Most importantly he was honest. I don’t think you get that much these days.I appreciate you!

Fast, friendly, and incredibly personal service. Waiting room was relaxed and pleasant. Michael was great.I've always had excellent luck at the different Honda Centers I've taken my Civic to, from Dallas to Austin. Leander is no exception. The highest standards, the kindest people. True to form.

Daughters car Had shaking in the front end of the vehicleTook it to the good people at Honda and they diagnosed the problem quickly and had a quote fast. I had a used certified vehicle the issue was taken care of with no hassle and I was amazed about the amount of information I received without having to call over and over about status. I have had many vehicles serviced at many dealership, done every song and dance with every kind of service department and this by far was the most hassle free experience ever. If I ever need a Bentley worked on I may ask if this service department would do the work. Fantastic job.

Mike in Service was amazing! He was able to schedule my express service and explained everything to my satisfaction. And he had me back on the road in a reasonable period of time. Mike is very thorough. I greatly appreciate his service!

I recently visited your dealership for the first time to service my Ridgeline, and I must say, out of all the Honda dealerships I’ve worked with across five states over the years, yours stands out not only for having the most impressive facilities but also for your incredible team, spanning from sales to service.I had the opportunity to work with Dwayne from your sales team. We test drove a Civic, which I’m considering purchasing for my daughter in the coming weeks, and I would definitely like to continue working with him. Blake in your service department treated me exceptionally well, and Deanna in parts was both personable and delightful.Overall, my experience at your dealership has been the best I’ve ever had, surpassing any other Honda dealership and indeed any dealership in general. Having moved here from Montana a couple of weeks ago and following a less-than-ideal experience at the Round Rock dealership, I can confidently say that Leander Honda will now be my go-to for all my Honda needs and future purchases.Thank you for your outstanding service. Mitchell @ front desk had superior customer service. It’s very rare to have young people go above & beyond like he did. He was not the one I asked for help but he took the initiative to help me.Will Austin was kind, accommodating & had a gentle spirit. He made my experience very comfortable and successful.

I went in to get a new key + security reprogramming for my car. The guy who helped me (I’m pretty sure he said his name was Jay) was very helpful, friendly, and personable. I didn’t feel like I was being talked to in a generic “customer service” manner, but in a sincerely friendly way. My car was done pretty fast as well! I was stressed about coming to get this done, but it was a super quick and easy process.

My experience started out kind of shaky. The greeting personnel apparently weren’t sure how long my job would take and the service advisor didn’t know what they told me. Someone (Will Austin) stayed late to help and the service advisor (Mike W. ) called next day and apologized with a reasonable explanation. I went to purchase a cash car. They added the paint protector on a 2002. I asked them to remove the $499.00 fee. They refused to remove the fee. They lost out on $16,000 do to the dealership refused to give a 399.00 discount. Never in my life this has happened to me. Poor customer service.

I had a complete brake job performed on my 2015 Honda Odyssey at a dealership in Houston. On my way to the Leander area my brakes started making a grinding noise along with a vibration every time the brakes were applied. We made it to our destination, but we decided we had to have the problem checked out before attempting to return to Houston. We took the car to Leander Honda and explained that the complete brake job had been done just 3 days earlier. We were greeted by service advisor, Leah Prado, who had our car checked out. The technician found that the rotors in both the front and rear brakes were worn very thin and had “hot spots” all over them. I didn’t feel that I should have to pay for repairs that should have been fixed during the brake job at the Houston dealership. Leah said she would talk to her Service Manager, Christy Pennington. Christy agreed that the Houston dealership should reimburse Leander Honda to fix the problem. After a number of phone calls between the Houston dealership, myself and Leander Honda, the Houston dealership finally agreed to pay for the repairs. I am eternally indebted to Leander Honda for helping my family and me get the problem solved! Leah Prado and Christy Pennington are Super Stars!!!Services: Brakes
