We’ve been a customer here for 2 years and we don’t plan on ever going back. The older woman wearing a face mask that was supposed to be helping us was extremely rude and didn’t even greet us. On the initial encounter, she demanded to see our drivers license. Are you serious? We’re paying you for this service and that’s how you speak to your customers? She didn’t acknowledge me and even spoke over me and directed her attention to my husband when I was trying to ask her a question. I think she was being this way towards us because we refused to have our documents scanned by the front desk rather the tax preparer see the documents first before scanning everything. Very unprofessional.

We went here last year and had a ton of issues and unfortunately this year was no different. First off the receptionist/front desk lady has really poor customer service skills. Secondly the costs of their service were again not explained upfront and we ended up with a $300 less return then TurboTax+ spent $200 more on the filing service. Will be the last time we come here
