My daughter came in to drop of her JROTC uniform for alterations. When asked for her papers my daughter apologized and said she wasn't aware that she needed to bring anythimg outside of her uniform. The woman continued to be rude and flat out nasty my daughter after she apologized MULTIPLE times. She made snide comments about the fit of my daughters uniform and was just overall horrible. My understanding is this isn't the only kiddo that this happened to. I'll be talking to the head of the JROTC program about the possibility of partnering with someone else. No one deserves to be treated so nasty.

I brought in a dress that needed a button sewn back on and they did it for free and quickly within the hour! Customer service here is on point and I look forward to bringing my dry cleaning here.

This is a review of the same day cleaning. Website says drop by 9am but it’s actually whenever the truck decides to stop by. Today it was 830. Tomorrow could be 845. You just never know haha. Please just pick a time that you can stand by.

Went to drop off clothes. Cindy was just tossing clothes all over the dirty floor. I get they are gonna be cleaned anyways , but I don't want new stains on my clothes I didn't come in with. When I confronted her about it she was very rude and unprofessional. I left. Don't need this hs drama bs.

The manager and her assistant were both straightforward and customer-oriented. When there was a hiccup in my order for shoe repair, they exceeded my expectations in making up for it. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

Cindy is AWESOME!!!! I love dropping off my husbands dry cleaning and getting to visit with her! The turn around time is super fast! I dropped off my favorite sequins jacket and Cindy made sure it was taken care of 100%!! Highly recommended

Day 3, no shirt, when it was supposed to be ready yesterday. And now I have to go buy a whole new outfit for my son for my wedding because the competency of a dry cleaners is freaking 0. Thanks guys, best believe I won’t EVER use you guys again!!!

DONT use Jack Brown Cleaners on Lakeline unless you want your expensive brand new clothes donated without notice! Over $400 + of dry cleaning was 'donated' after me going to pick it up & being told the clothes were sent back to be recleaned bc there were STEAM SPOTS from dry cleaning all over them. The day they received them back they were DONATED not even giving me a chance to pick them up, no call, no apology for the previous spots they caused, then GIVING them away without any apology. Cannot believe they are in business! All 3 items were brand new.

This place is amazing!!! My husband got motor oil on his very nice dress pants. (Don't ask) We thought the pants were goners but this place got all the spots out. Like his pants were completely drenched in oil. We are so happy! I will always trust this cleaners with my clothes and my first born.

Have spent hundreds of dollars at this location. 2 shirts with something spilled on them by dry cleaners - probably dry cleaning fluid - they won't re clean for free. That's it - I'll find another place. Done with them

Ruined my shirts and won't rectify the issue. I brought in two custom made Tom James shirts that cost $250 a piece. They were returned wrinkled and creased around the neck and sleeves. The manager admitted and agreed they were not pressed correctly and admitted they have a problem with new people at their factory. Two more attempts to press them correctly and they have now permanently set the wrinkles and double creased the sleeves. The shirts are completely ruined and they will not pay for replacement. Avoid this place at all costs if you expect your expensive clothes to be cared for properly.
