I loved my pedicure with Cindy. I have always had my nails cut and painted for square shaping. She made my toes look cuter with the rounded French tip. I am obsessed with the shape now as it looks less harsh IMO and a tad more feminine on me.
The place was relaxing too! I almost fell asleep 🤣

We made an appointment for three people - two adults and one kid - for manicures and pedicures. Us adults got dip on our hands and regular polish on our feet, and the kid got regular polish on both hands and feet.
Even though we had an appointment that we scheduled in advance, everything felt super rushed and it felt like we didn’t get all of what we paid for.
The techs were really rough on our nails, and didn’t really take their time or seem to put in much effort. They kept trying to make us get nail extensions when we expressed clearly that we only wanted to get polish on our natural nails, several times. Within just 4 days, our dip nails started chipping (which shouldn’t happen that fast), and the kid’s polish started peeling off completely the very next day. This was really disappointing to see because we got our nails done for a wedding and none of the work even lasted for it.
Poor quality work and poor service overall. Will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this place.

The ladies here are always so accommodating when bringing in my senior client and her husband. They do a great job of pampering her, making her hands and feet look fabulous.

Ladies were friendly, but sadly this was the worst pedicure I have gotten in all of north Austin. I tried speaking up multiple times about my concerns and was not listened to. I oked a nail trim and they were cut down so short that it was painful and now I have stubby toes that need to be grown out for 3 weeks.

I tried La Bella Nails for the first time today and I was very happy with the result! My nail master, Hannah, recommended I try builder gel because I always get gel x, and they turned out beautiful. Very grateful for the service and Hannah’s work, I will definitely be back for refills!
