Waterloo Adventures is a private island getaway and revolutionary floating water park on Lake Travis, offering Austin Hill Country views. It features a 600-foot obstacle course, like "Ninja Warriors" on the water, with nearly two football fields of floating obstacles. These include climbing walls, monkey bars, slides, hurdles, balance beams, bridges, and more—over 21 different elements to test agility and skills. Guests receive a scenic boat ride to Adventure Island, unlimited access to four standalone water obstacles, water floats, beach amenities, and recreations, plus a 45-minute session on the giant course. The boat shuttle runs every 15 minutes, and life jackets are mandatory. There is a 15-minute rest period every 45 minutes. The place is wonderfully run, with staff that is courteous, attentive, friendly, and very helpful, taking safety very seriously. Amenities include a food truck and concessions, restrooms, dressing rooms, and plenty of shaded lounge chairs. It is a favorite spot and the most fun on the lake, with so much to do you can spend all day. While it is pricey, it is more than worth it and worth every penny. Guests highly recommend it for any type of event.
