Like others, I was here because my washer broke lol when I first came here a 2 months ago; I'd say it was a not too bad of a place to be. The surrounding area is very nice. However this facility is extremely old. The parking lot is very uneven, I've seen folks mess up their tires not being cautious driving over here. Usually it was folks who minded their buisness, often times many folks who don't speak English which wasn't an issue. The rates are either $3.25/$5.50 or $7.50 for the washing machines. The dryers are $.25 cents for 5 minutes. Your best bet is $3.25 for 1 hour 5 minutes of your want your load completely dry. This facility is not like newer ones, they take quarters only. All the machines re old so if you don't forcefully push your quarters into the machine, you'll have to repeatedly push the return button to get your quarter back & try it again. If you are running blankets & thicker clothes go ahead & make that 1 hour & half to be on the safe side. The facility is usually dirty but not terribly. They have one guy who works here who speaks no English. He's usually friendly but has poor boundaries. He will mop & literally mop your shoes if you don't tell him to stop. The owner is an older gentlemen who is nice. However, recently an incident occurred here (see below) where the Leander Police Department had to come out (thankfully they are across the street) to a domestic violence situation that happened inside. It got violent & let me tell you. The last thing anybody wants is drama when you just want to get your laundry done. Also be careful because people will try to steal your laundry. This is NOT the place to set your load on a washer or dryer, leave to do errands & come back. I sit here & wait & caught someone trying to steal my clothes. If I were you, I'd find a safer place that you don't have to worry about your safety or haunt your clothes stolen. Not sure where all these fake 5 star reviews are from I was faithfully coming here every Saturday or Monday to do laundry. Now it's filled with folks you gotta keep your eye on like you're in a movie & something bad about to happen.

This isn't the first issue I have had with their machines, but it will be the last! I took my blanket to get washed and it didn't even get fully wet. I called for a refund, and they said they would venmo me it, but next time I should use a bigger washer.. like I don't know to leave plenty of space for it to properly wash. Last time the machine stayed locked and I couldn't even get my clothes out, until hours later when they came to open it. Most of their washers smell of mold, too!

There are minimal dispensary options, however, the laundromat is clean and the environment is friendly.

Has a car wash so you can wash your car while waiting on your laundry. Also next door to a 7-11 so you can get snacks. Machines take quarters. Change machine and detergent for sale on site.

Had to visit while my dryer part was on order. The guy was there cleaning and it showed, seems like he actually cares about this facility. He was friendly with the regulars. I would absolutely go back!
