Probably one of the worst Verizon stores I’ve been to, when I walked in the guy had like no energy and didn’t really greet me the best way, and when I was about to make a sale with him, he told me the wrong information and basically was about to tax me twice on a new iPhone That I was going to purchase out-of-pocket. Also, the whole entire time the transaction was going seem like he didn’t really want to be at the job and kind of have a land customer service energy would recommend going to the other Verizon store not this one. also would like to state that the guy didn’t even introduce himself with a name

I had the pleasure of dealing with the most knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever encountered at a wireless store. He was working the store by himself and it was like watching a conductor of a symphony.

I had the worst possible experience I could have moving carriers, I will not say who I was trying to go to but they made me so mad after 5-6 hours in their location then walked out and walked into this Verizon store as Zeeshan was closing up and he stayed with me for an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes to help me get my service set up. This was the best customer service I have had and I’m so glad that it did not work out with “A”nother provider.
I know this review started out one way and is ending in a totally different manner but what I will say that this could have been so hard and Verizon made it so easy. Thank you so much for staying and helping me although I even said I would come back, you insisted on helping me and made my whole day feel better.

Thank you Zeeshan! He was amazing! I needed a new phone and he was very helpful in every way. He spent time with me and transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. I appreciated that so much!! Oh, the biggest help without me even asking was ...he came out to my car and set up my phone to my GPS that meant the world to me!! He is the best and I hope he will always be there for me. Thank you ?

Sean was very helpful and he worked hard at helping to set up my new iPhone 16 Pro. Four months ago I had no service at all. It was my SIM card that was broken. He put in an internal SIM card for me and didn’t charge me a penny. That’s the kind of person he is. I 100% recommend the store.

Zeeshan is super knowledgeable & really does an amazing job going the extra mile for his customers. I had to reset my password & got locked out for 30 min. He was patient & still gave my husband & I the care we needed to ensure everything was set up completely & accurately! You can tell he really cares about doing right by his clients. Will continue to go back to him again & again!
