AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS STORE.Consistently abysmal service.Take your money literally anywhere else.Where to start?!The time I ordered an "in stock" stove for next day delivery, only to wait all day for it to never arrive, no phone calls, etcOr the time I ordered SIX new appliances that were supposed to arrive in a week that turned into 3 months, with ZERO updates about delays unless I called to ask. I was repeatedly gaslit by employees saying they had called me and given me updates, which was a total lie.Store management has changed a few times and yet the service has only gotten worse over the years. In the last 2 weeks alone:I had a question/issue with "My Lowe's/military" and was passed around the store for 50 minutes to people who could NOT help me before being directed back to where I started to wait for a manager who never came. If I hadn't already spent so much time picking out OVER $500 of items, I would have left.A few days later I gave this store another chance when I came back to spend hundreds more in garden. The garden center gates were locked because there had been rain hours before, but it was still locked despite it, by then, being a nice day. A female employee told me it would be unlocked within 15 minutes, but 30 minutes later it was still locked.I watched at least FIFTY people come into the garden center from inside the store (or walk up to the locked gate and then leave because it was locked) during my 30 minutes there. I eventually left without buying the items I came for, since I wasn't willing to push giant cart loads of soil through the store and parking lot. And I wasn't about to ask the only employee there (a 60+ year old woman) to do it for me.At this point I probably should have given up on this store and taken my business elsewhere, but since I have worked retail, I understand that sometimes there are bad days with short staffing, so I gave the store yet another chance! The next day I called to make sure the garden center gates would be open before driving 25 minutes to come buy the items I tried to buy the previous day. It took 10 minutes on hold to reach someone.Today I called about a truck rental and spent 13 minutes on hold before an employee hung up my call without answering.Prematurely ending phone calls is also a consistent problem at this store. In the future I will warn people to avoid this store at all costs, and I will not buy so much as an outlet cover at this store ever again. Please support your local hardware stores and garden centers, like Ace Cashway, Hill Country Water Gardens, Red Barn, Farmers, etc. You'll pay a bit more, but they actually want your business, they aren't clueless about the products they sell, they answer the phones, and they will provide the service and knowledge you need.AVOID THIS STORE.

Similar items to Home Depot, but a bit closer to me. Seemed to have less staff asking to help (at least when I visited), and lumber selection could have been better.

So I went to Lowes and spent $2900.00 on several items and set up to have them delivered. Wow! I recommend not doing that. I have had the worst experience. Only one item out of the three was delivered without damage. Now I'm waiting on them to pick up the damaged items, confirm the damage, and then hope they can ship it to me again without any damage. This process will end up taking over three weeks. Next time I will just borrow a trailer and do it myself. They did add a discount for the inconvenience. That's why I gave two stars.

I really like this store. They have way better plants and variety than Home Depot. Please always looks clean and organized and they take good care of the plants. Great variety of pots too. Just a relaxing place to go shop for home improvements.

Seriously needs someone else in charge. I have been trying to call them for 45 minutes and have been hung up on twice. Maybe hire someone else who can answer a phone call. Going inside and still having to wait for an associate...it's not that busy.

Preferred !!!!so much more than Home Depot .I love Lowe’s the people are super helpful very courteous kind will say good morning and good afternoon to you and the Support is there the customer service representatives do the job well and well informed! I worked over-the-counter selling electrical supplies, but I’m familiar with all trades and the only thing that I would to Home Depot for would probably be free tacos if they offered it! Love, Lowe’s

The store is very clean. Every time I've been here, it's been easy to find someone for assistance. The parking lot is large and lit well too.

This review is just to give a shout out to Ricky! He cut some wood for me today and was really friendly and helpful. FYI- You get 2 free cuts, but you can pay a small fee for more. Totally worth it. I was apologetic for having him do extra cuts and he kept saying "No problem. I got you". Great customer service by this guy.

My local store in Bastrop TX said this store had 4x of the items I needed (Eaton CH 2 pole 60 Amp breakers - model number CH260).Lowe’s online inventory said this store had 4x of the items I needed (Eaton CH 2 pole 60 Amp breakers - model number CH260).The front desk customer support human at this store said this store had 4x of the items I needed (Eaton CH 2 pole 60 Amp breakers - model number CH260).In the entire district, this was the only store that had nonzero inventory on the item I needed (Eaton CH 2 pole 60 Amp breakers - model number CH260).This item is not available for home delivery. This item is not available for store-to-store transfer.Imagine the disappointment my wife and I felt when we drove over one hour (one way) to discover this store did not have any inventory of the item I needed (Eaton CH 2 pole 60 Amp breakers - model number CH260).Bastrop’s store also said it had 1x of the item I needed, but in reality had none of the item I needed. This inventory problem seems to transcend the store level. For this reason I no longer trust inventory reports in this district.I also actively refuse to shop at Lowe’s within the district as a countermeasure for the disutility served to my household by this district.Words cannot express my disappointment, but I gave it my best go anyway ^Bonus points to me for not using explicatives ^

Avoid this store at all costs! They will give you the run around and promise you a manager will call you (3 different times) with no callbacks. Here's the backstory - I purchased a built in oven and microwave in late September 2023. The microwave was on backorder so it wasn't installed until a month later. When it was installed, the oven was defective structurally. A new oven was ordered and when the installer came the second time he said that the structural defect was also on the replacement oven and all of the ovens of this model were the same. So I purchased an entirely different brand, including the microwave trim kit that the sales person said came with the model. When the Installer came 1/8/24 (mind you this is number 3 installation visit) , the trim kit did not fit. I called the sales person while the installer was here and he said that the model was no longer showing up in their system and he did not know why. his solution was to was for me to order a trim kit from another company and then have Lowe's install it because they no longer carried it. Again asked for manager to contact me to no avail. It also took me three weeks and multiple calls to get a $2600 credit back on my credit card after they had removed the appliances. While I was on hold for one of the calls to the local Leander store, it transferred me to a national line, where a lovely, helpful woman spent 28 minutes with me, taking the entire history and writing a case number down. Twice during the call, she tried to connect to the store itself and received a no response each time, which is quite telling and exactly my experience . Still haven't had the trim kit, that I bought from another company, installed. And I'm still waiting for a manager to call me.....
