Always got good service here. Employees are a tad mechanical but never rude. I'm sure they have to deal with arrogant, and upset people all the time just like every other parts store.

They never seem to have items I need in stock. This applies to regular priced items along with sale items. They also don't manage their rebates. If the purchase dates on the rebate request form have expired, throw them away instead of continuing to advertise them in store.

After getting slightly stranded with a dead battery, calling friends and getting a jump to O'Reilly, Phil was like a light in the dark. He was patient, kind and very knowledge about changing out the battery. His sense of humor was very helpful as well. Thank you, Phil!!

I bought a gasket at this location but it was more than double the price of amazon. I've noticed that they are not very price competitive and this location is no exception. There's no reason a simple gasket has to cost $35 when it's $10 when ordered online. Should have checked the price before shopping local. I want to shop local but at what cost?

My headlight needed to be replaced so we called a couple places but they said they couldn’t even look up the part. We decided to call O’Riley and TJ was so helpful on the phone so we headed over. Once we got there we only had to wait 10 minutes for him to come take a look and to get the old headlight changed out. We will definitely be coming back if we have other issues! THANK YOU!

Never a problem with O'Reilly Auto Parts, took my jeep in for a diagnostic check to get an idea of what was happening with my vehicle. It was cutting out (complete power loss) while driving on the freeway or down the streets.It showed I was having ignition problems with the coil and O2 sensor. Took it to my family's mechanic showed and explained what the diagnostic check indicated, they kept the jeep for a week, charged me for another diagnostic replaced the camshaft position sensor charged me $375.00 and I still have the same problem.Took my jeep to a different O'Reilly store for another diagnostic check to make sure I wasn't getting the basic run a round and I got the same results as from the first check.O'Reilly hasn't done me wrong just the mechanic has. They have my business anytime I need/want items for my car I will go to O'Reilly before I go anywhere else.

Very hard to get help with an item here. Seems they ignore customers hoping you will just walk out. Too many auto parts stores to ever go back to this one.

I went to this location cause it's very close to home and I needed a print out of obd codes my car is pulling. When light first came on, before I parked it due to what's wrong and what I'm trying to figure out I used an obd reader at my job and it was pulling 4 codes then so it took several minutes for them to even locate the reader and then we went to parking lot and he complained of it being a small car and I think because the pavement was hot. He was in and out of my car as quickly as possible, barely looked at one code and told me his opinion of what I need to fix. I asked for the printout for reading and he said he no longer had the codes and couldn't print it without doing it again and that certainly wasn't happening. I didn't bother to ask him again.

I came in this morning to fix the rubber piece that switches off the brake lights and I wasn’t sure where to find the part. Both John and Randall treated me with a smile and John showed me where the piece was and rang me out with great customer service! Now, I’m 35 weeks pregnant so bending over is a hassle and John was so kind and actually helped me install the piece quickly and efficiently!! I’ll be recommending this location to everyone because of John and Randall’s hospitality and kindness to me! Thank you so much and I hope they get recognition for their customer service!

I’ve been going to this location for years, and they have some of the best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Very friendly, super knowledgeable, and they’ve even played along when sending my kids in for “blinker fluid and muffler bearings.”
