The store looked clean and very well organized. I love that they have lots of food, toys, treats, furniture options for cats too. We also bought 2 beautiful fish. That area was very well taken care of and the guy with all the tattoos was amazing at helping and guiding us about everything. Everyone was very nice and the store is really big. They even had 2 beautiful kitties for adoption! Great Petco. My New to go Petco

I always have a great experience at this location. We also use the veterinarian clinic and groomers. Also great. I would definitely recommend the veterinarian clinic there, prices are so much cheaper and affordable.

My favorite Petco employee of ALL TIME is Logan at the Leander store on 183. Every team member at this location has always been kind and helpful but Logan always goes above and beyond any time I’ve been in there.

TODAY 10/13/2024
I took my puppy to this store to get a bath and haircut for his birthday.
and they held him there since 9:30am to 3:30pm completely shaved.
and his hair is badly cut.
It is our first time in this store and we received very bad service.
So I paid $97 because they left my puppy in horrible condition right on his birthday.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID SUCH AN EVIL THING TO MY LITTLE ONE.
I really do not recommend this store.
We are very upset about the condition they left my dog in.
I wish I could give it a 0 star rating.
We will definitely not be returning to this store. Also the receptionist is very rude and it is clear that they do not treat pets with LOVE 😤🙁👎

Lazy employees who smell like stale cigarettes. It’s repulsive. Turned away my dog for a “wound” but he’s been there multiple times before with the same thing - it’s a nervous patch he licks. Tried to explain it’s from his amputated toe a few years ago but was interrrupted multiple times by the smelly employee. Today, you made a pregnant woman cry 👏 since you cancelled my dog’s bath, maybe you can take the time and wash yourself.

Friendly staff, they're always helpful when I come in to get my crickets for my bearded dragon. Sometimes I pick up an extra couple things for our dog, Sage.

I had the best time here today. The manager took care of the dog bed sizing and returned the dog food that had been infiltrated by moths. This is probably one of the better locations I’ve visited.we were able to pick up some cute Halloween items for my daughter’s cat as well.

Do you have to get down on your knees to beg someone to help you or how does it work? Literally had to follow someone around who was just horse playing yelling Bro Bro! to another co-worker, and then ducking my attempt to ask a question. Left store, wont ever be back. It was a good reminder of why I don’t ever shop brick and mortar. Gonna order what I need from Amazon as usual

It's a small petco, and there isn't a lot of variety, but I always find what I'm looking for. The people who work there are very friendly and are always attentive to the customer's needs.
