Rob at PostNet Leander went above and beyond for me resolving a problem when a package shipped to Mexico was bounced around by Mexican customs. This was an important package as it had some of my mom's medical needs. If it hadn't been for him intervening and escalating the issue I don't think I would have gotten my package back. Thank you Rob!!

I have tried several local printers for my art work and none of them would communicate with me and work with me like Post Net does. Would like to let other people know..... there is more to this conversation than you see. Instead of apologizing for any misunderstanding, I have been continuously attacked. I'm extremely disappointed. I didn't realize I had to have an Urgent shipment to get quality service.I have a broken right wrist and a fractured left knee, not your worry but it is mine. I had help carrying a 31 lb box when I took it to the PostNet in Leander last Saturday but it was closed. I didn't have help this morning but managed to limp it in. An elderly lady was manning the store. She stopped me before I got the large heavy box to the counter. While she was asking me questions, a man came in with a large heavy box and put it on the counter and started talking to her. She didn't excuse herself or ask if I minded, she just left me and started taking care of him. I limped the box back out. I won't use that store again. I will use social media to voice my displeasure.In response to your reply. There was no common sense when the clerk walked away without explanation. No ' Do you mind?' Just complete dismissal. The gentleman who walked in and interrupted my business transaction was nice. He tried to explain.AND! It took me more than the 30 seconds you said to get the large and heavy box out of the door since I couldn't just pick it up and carry it out. Your clerk needs to learn how to COMMUNICATE. I'm very disappointed that your employee doesn't have to use common sense when dealing with more than one customer at a time.We have done business in that store on a Saturday. We normally work M-F. That wasn't an issue. I was pointing out that I had assistant carrying the box in Saturday. I didn't today.In response to your second reply.I Do Not CARE about your store hours! You obviously need More time off to manage your grumpy soul!! Because you can't manage your social skills!Ageist?? ROFLMBO Do you know what descriptive means. Google it.I have already stated that I wasn't in a hurry and would not have minded waiting had the clerk, notice I didn't say customer service representative!, COMMUNICATED or asked. Yes I do believe I'm just as important as the next customer. No I don't have a fragile ego. I was taught in elementary school that you wait your turn. Through the course of life, that's one thing I haven't forgotten. I know how to say Excuse me...do you mind if I help this customer real quick and then I will help you.My box was twice the size of the box the other customer brought in and heavy for me! The second customer was a male that is younger and definitely stronger than myself. I believe he would have still offered to move it for clerk after his transaction was completed should he have had to wait. He at least tried to COMMUNICATE and explain When that obviously wasn't HIS job!! I can assure you, it took me longer than your ridiculous observation of 30 seconds to limp that box out of that store.I took my box, and money, elsewhere and a Well Mannered Young Man carried it inside to the counter where a Very Polite Young Woman processed my transaction!! Wow!! Imagine that!Please tell me you are joking about her being the owner!!! No greeting, No manners, and Most Definitely doesn't understand the power of COMMUNICATION!! Google it.You must have really good hired help for that store to get all of those "great" reviews. Are you paying them for those reviews? You may want to give them a raise!! You, however, should be Promoted!! to a customer!!Do Not Worry!! No way in Hades would I ever step foot in your establishment again!!Your way of handling customer complaints is by NOT apologizing for the incident BUT by ATTACKING a, would have been, Paying Customer!! That Boggles the mind!!On another social page, someone from your establishment commented that a 1 star rating was harsh. Yesterday, before you responded, I might have agreed. Now it's a shame I can't rate your establishment Zero stars.Please do not respond. Just badmouth

We were very behind on getting things printed for our wedding and Post Net Leander was the perfect solution!! They were so quick, kind, and easy to work with!! Some of the things we had sent to print had several typos on them (my fault) and they caught those for us and we were able to fix those before printing! The quality was lovely, especially the quality of the linen paper and the price was way lower then what we had expected to pay. I would definitely use post net again and I recommend to others!
