I've been using this place for about a year and outside of the gate not always opening on the first attempt through the app, I have had no real problems. I have moved spots twice in the year I have been in there, upgrades, and both times the agent, Mike or Karen have been super helpful making it really easy.
Updated review from 5 down to 2 stars. Now that I have all of my stuff out of there. It turns out that their prices change dramatically on you with very little notice. 5 days before the end of a month, I got an email saying my prices would be increasing. I am not naive enough to think prices will stay the same forever, but after about a year of no issues, they decided to increase my rent 56% trying to add an additional $1800/yr for a 12'/25' enclosed space. Thankfully, I was able to quickly find another place quickly but had to double pay for units while I made the transition. I fully expect some price increases, when reading reviews after they sent the increase I see that this is not an isolated technique. The owner even tries to blame Joe Biden and inflation for doing it in his answer to other reviews. I must have missed the 56% inflation on parking spaces. It isnt a bad place, just seems to be run by an idiot. When you cancel, they give you an automated attempt to stay for cheaper rent, which would still end up being a 35%-ish increase.

For a storage facility, this place is very nice! Gated, which can opened with an app if you prefer. Clear signage so you know where to go. Very clean. We store our motorhome there. It is covered which is necessary in Texas! Easy to get into our space. Trickle electric works flawlessly. This one is a winner!

My experience at the beginning was great. Then took a very big turn. Over the phone I told them about my price range and they were understanding. The rep went and asked her boss if she could get down to the rate I wanted to pay. She came back on the phone and said “great news everything is approved with taxes and fees, we just need a picture of your drivers license” I went ahead and sent my picture as I was going to plan to move forward with them. Shortly after I was baited and switched. They were no longer honoring the rate they promised over the phone and did not hold true to their word. Very poor business tactics. Not impressed. Be careful about talking about price and not looking back into what they are charging. They are not true to their word…

This place used to be great when it was Presidential RV before it was bought by Rec Nation. Often the my pin will not work to open the gate, the app also doesn't work and they keep raising the rates. At this point the storage cost is higher than the payment. Considering there are at least 300 campers and boats in there they are making money hand over fist monthly. I need to figure out how to get into this business.
