I ALWAYS consult Rush Automotive first — I trust them. They help me quickly decide most efficient way to fix my car problems efficiently. Sadly, Cedar Pk local “mechanic wannabes” here have ripped me off. My Rush guys are straight-shooters ive trusted for years.
So, my Rush General Mgr, Ethan Steaples, is ALWAYS my first go-to, whenever I have question/problem to advise me best next steps. Eatthan has saved me $$$ and never steered me wrong.
Selfishly, hate to reveal his name. He is MY secret weapon. So…. Just go somewhere else. I promised I’d give an honest review so here is mine: pls don’t call my guys. Go find your own. This Rush group is MINE. Capice?

top notch friendly service advisors, fast mechanics, jobs done right every time ive been there, clean facility, space and wifi to set up a laptop and work or comfortable couches to relax on, they even have a playground. I don't know what else anyone could want or anything more they could do.

This place is great! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room is accommodating for work or you can watch tv a they even have a playground for kids.

I’ve been to Rush Automotive four times and I can say their Customer Service is excellent and the work they did on my car was top-notch. For my first visit, I had an engine knock sensor that put my SUV in limp mode. They took it in, did a diagnostics on it, and let me know they didn’t find anything wrong with the sensor, and cleared all my codes. They didn’t even charge me for this visit, or the Uber rides as well. The next time I came in was for my front brakes - new rotors and pads, and they did a great job. The third time was for thermostat replacement and they stood behind their workmanship on that too. The fourth time I took it in because my new brakes were squealing. They checked them out and completely replaced the new rotors and brake pads free of charge under their warranty with no questions asked. Every visit included free Uber to and from the house - Where are you gonna find great service like this? - Rush Automotive!
I recommend giving them a try.

Another visit to Rush, another fantastic experience! Just took my new-to-me Kia Soul to their Leander location for an oil change and everything went great! The folks that work there are always super friendly and genuine. If you have any uncertainty on where you should take your vehicle, take it to Rush in Leander! You won’t regret it!

I wish I knew about Rush Automotive a long time ago. Best customer service in the business. Went out of the way to help me with an expedited Oil Change for a trade in. They were also able to figure out how to reset the maintenance notification (three other places could not reset it). Sending all my friends and neighbors to Rush Automotive. If you need automobile maintenance, Rush down to Rush Automotive. Ask them about free Oil Change after four. You are welcome and take care of your car and it will take care of you!

I recently had my transmission replaced at Rush Automotive, and given the circumstances it was a great experience. From the moment I brought my car in, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The service manager, Ethan, went above and beyond to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and keep me updated throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and stress-free. The pricing was reasonable, especially for a big job like this.

Very friendly staff that clearly just cares about keeping your car going. Comfortable lobby to wait in for quicker services, and I feel everyone was honest and upfront about everything going on. My new go to mechanic for sure!
