Hands down the best location in the north area. I’ve been taken care of every single time I go in here. They are all very great at their job and know everything on my account & always makes me feel valued as a customer! One of the nicest tmobie store fronts I’ve been to in a long time. Tony was amazing setting me up with my next upgrade & Samuel did a great job too for my phone return. The manager, I didn’t catch her name (amazing hair) but she was so good at her job and handled a rush flawlessly! Great staff! Great customer experience! And that goes a long way these days. Thank you! This will be my new go to store!

If you want to save your time, energy and money please SAVE YOUR SELF and DO NOT GO TO this STORE.On our first visit to this store, we were there from 4 hours to just buy new phones and port over our numbers sitting at the same table with their employee. Whatever they did our phones, both of your phone including calling and data was suspended for more than 24 hours. They miss spelled my name, also shipping address for new phones were incorrect.Second visit to the same store, took us 1.5 hours to rectify the mistake they made on our first visit. Just to correct my name on the account, add my husband's name on the account.Third visit we made, we had an argument with Tony, who couldn't answer our basic questions about how trade-in value would be applied. HE said call 611 number , I DO NOT KNOW how your $500 amount would go towards your credit. Mr Samuel who was helping another customer threatened us to call cops. Samuel already argued with the customer he was helping. I heard him say "anyone can wear T-mobile shirt and can sell you anything". whatever that customer was dealing with ...Samuel said "it was a fraud"..that was his literal words.TONY refused to call customer care on behalf of us. BASICALLY he was standing there starring us. HE WAS not willing to help.Meanwhile, Samuel said COPS would be here to escort us...WE asked for our own phones back and they said they can't even do that. They can't answer any billing questions. Their system doesn't show anything. ARE THESE T-MOBILE Employees?TONY And Samuel both said we don't know who setup your account and we can't help you basically. JUST so you know, all of these people are from the same store.If there are negative stars I would give millions for this store and their employees.

Absolutely Awful, time consuming and worst customer service possible. We transferred service from other carrier after staying there for 15 years just to experience such a poor customer service.No matter how simple the question is, they are just incapable of answering it. We spent 4 hours on the day of transfer and right after walking out of the store our service stopped working for an entire day, the names and address on the account are completely WRONG and MISSPELLED. Next day when we went to get the names corrected and told them there was no service for the entire day they just ignored it without even having courtesy to apologize and blamed the camera of IPAD.When we went to return our trade-in device they couldn't tell us where the credit will be applied. We kept asking and finally they revealed credit got applied to the phone which is FREE and you will have to call customer service to get it corrected. when we pushed back and asked them to call customer service to correct it, Tony and Samual kept arguing and threatened us to get escorted by calling cops.So far we have spent 8+ Hours in the store for all the issues they created and because they couldn't resolve any of it we spent the same amount getting those corrected by calling the customer service.

Steven was such a help today. Derek assisted us at the end as well. We left T-Mobile previously after being dissatisfied and coming into this location really made it worth it. Great staff, great environment, great location.

Arrived at 10am when the store was to be open. The manager arrived at the same time, opened the door and said they will not be ready for another 30 mins and then locked the door leaving customers outside in heat. Not even a 'please come in and have a seat'.

What can I say about T-mobile. Well, they have farmed all their business hour to an overseas call center. When you call Lynn, the only thing they can do is verify your plan and take your credit card to sell you something new. This forces you to go to a store. I can't say my experience was much better. Actually, it was about the same. As bad as it could get. Neither Stor nor the call-center is able to do anything for you. This goes back to their great and helping you buy a new phone or upgrade your plan but if you have a problem, like losing your phone, you are completely on your own. Don't waste your money with the insurance. They give you a runaround in a graded denying you even though you've been paying on it for years. I've already filed a report with FCC. I will be filing one with Texas Department of insurance. That is much attitude from the people in the stores I did from Nicole Center. When you are noticeably frustrated, the last thing you need is someone trying to tell you whether you need to sit or stand. When the call-center tells the person in the store that they're supposed to do something, the store access if they're unable to do anything. Actually none of them are able to do anything because they don't want to and there are no devices in place to assist you. This runs all the way from the CEOs office down to the hourly person in the store who gets paid to sell your phones. You would benefit about the same if you switch to something like mint mobile or consumer cellular. Don't be fooled by all the money they put into marketing and fancy colors. They are definitely no better than the others

Do not go to this store, the guys work here at least whom I happen to interact with gave me wrong info and which led us to buy more devices and on that day we spent 3 hrs and looked into plans and due to porting issues we went next day and another rep says the offer you were given is not valid and we can't provide the other devices with the offer explained previous day and they're even refusing to take the devices sold to us on pretext of giving an offer and seeking restocking fee incase we return. So please avoid this fraud store/ppl. Now I left with a watch series 8 without iPhone(which we supposed to get apart from 3 watches 2 iphones + another 1 with less price which I was supposed to get) which is useless now as we took 3 lines for the watches and 2 new lines for phones.The store manager promised to contact me back to let me know what they can do on this matter by yesterday, I'm yet to hear from them. Thats the service they offer.

Terrible service, I went to make a line change and they told me to do it online since it would take a long time (the store was empty) there were three workers doing nothing. Now I will change the company because it is the second time that I go to this time and the treatment has not been the best.

I was having issues with my old Apple Watch and I phone 11. Karina Perez help me and was very knowledgeable of there products and services. We tried to fix the issues but ended up upgrading to a new watch and I Phone. I am a senior and was having trouble with some of the new technology and setting so I went back to the store for assistance. Karina met me with a smile and with amazing patience helped me with some settings and pairing my phone in my car. Everyone at the store is friendly and always greet you with a smile.

Great service and very friendly people working here. Dylan helped us connect our iPhone 13 that we bought from the apple store. Changed our plan to a more affordable one and went smoothly.

I spent 2.5 hours at Leander T-Mobile recently to only transfer data from old phone to my new phone. I was told when I got there I could have done it on my own at home, really!! I was only there for Customer Service to do it correctly as advised. Other than my horrific long experience there & finally advised to go home to finish the transfer, it failed 2 times and had to call back to complete it. When I mentioned once the transfer was completed I would return to ask their help to brush & clean the phone to return for credit, I was advised the same to do at home.This place really needs to re-think the sitting areas. Bar stools only for older or handicapped customers is not a good option and nothing else was available to sit in.I'm not mentioning my T-Mobile reps name in this post, but they know who they are.

I think one star is good enough and if I could give zero stars I would.First I’d like to point out this store barely has any customers and if you wonder why? Well the answer is because most staff are incompetent.They don’t know what they are talking about and most of the time they are useless.I would recommend going to any other store but this one because they will absolutely waste your time. If you need to go hunt them down then I would recommend searching in Starbucks next door.

Store Manager Channan & Karina bent over backwards to help our family complete a long list of things we needed to take care of on a busy Sunday afternoon, Thanksgiving weekend no less!Channan greeted us warmly the moment we walked in and got us checked in immediately. Everyone was actively with customers and as soon as Karina was wrapped up with hers, she immediately came to us, no pause! She took care of us for the next few hours as we traded in our old phones, switched from Sprint to TMobile officially, upgraded our phones, changed our minds about the type of phone we wanted, got rid of an old line, added a new third line, and walked us through plan options and very clearly explained what different options would mean for billing. All while dealing with a few system glitches that were totally beyond her control! We threw a lot at her! The real above and beyond moment came when the iPhone 13s we wanted were not in stock at this location so she used her LUNCH BREAK to drive to a nearby store to pick up two phones for us! Channan had been working diligently to check area inventory and they nailed it. Karina got back crazy fast with the phones so that we were assured to have them that day. They are both awesome - Karina gave us her undivided attention, was incredibly kind and understanding regarding our needs and engaged our two small kids too. Channan is a rockstar manager, touching in not only with our experience to support Karina but all the other associates as well. We’ll be going back in a few weeks to wrap up some other business and I’m hopeful that Karina is there again! Thank y’all SO MUCH!
