I hate Starbucks app that I have to reload money when using it! Why can't I just make a normal purchase? I don't care at all about rewards I just use an app so that I can order ahead. And the most annoyed thing is that I added gift card in it and have some money left on each card but won't be able to use them unless you reload money each time per gift card. The app should combine all gift card balance together. So that we have enough fund for a cup of drink and don't have to reload. 1 star is also included the staff attitude, and how long I have to wait to get the drink even order 10-15 ahead! Sometimes no parking at all! Also please don't buy their breakfast! It's just from the frozen that you can get at any store, they don't make it per order, they grab it from the fridge or freezer (they mostly took out from freezer first and put it in the fridge) and open the plastic bag then hit it up and put in their bag like it's special thing. But if you don't mind that's fine!

I came through the drive through and there was one car in front of me already getting his order. No one seems to be inside the store either but yet for some reason it took about 10 minutes for them to get me my two Frappuccino's. The employees at this location we're not very friendly and they seem to be more concerned about cleaning the store at 7:20 in the evening than getting my drinks which I can also smell the cleaning solution through the window that they left open. That's not what you wanna smell when you go through the drive-through window at Starbucks to order coffee. This is the second time I've been to the location and my first experience was pretty much the same as well so I will not be going back to this location.

1) Higher prices on everything. I would say significant and pervasive. 2) Poor selection, especially on higher end items. There are always many items I just can't find, like organic meats or cheese. 3) Sometimes the produce is poor quality - worse than should be in a store. (Crystial Falls location is adequately cleaned, but others are dirty to just plain filthy. I guess that is an Albertson's tradition.) 4) I found that my mop refill (always frustrating because never matching) not only didn't fit by just a tiny margin, but also was charged more than was posted on the shelf. Further, the refill was more than a new mop! 5) The store mandates a mask in a jurisdiction where there is no mask mandate. Other jurisdictions have been sued by the state for having such mandates. Obviously, obviously, this is not for health, and in all cases was extra-legal. Now, what would you call it? Bordering on illegal. Certainly counter-productive. Look at the plummeting stats after Texas lifted the mandate. I'm looking for a decent grocer.

Randall's is great in a pinch if I absolutely don't feel like going to HEB because of crowds. They tend to have higher priced items compared to other grocery stores, but sometimes they have deals going on. During the panic buying when covid hit, and the recent ice storms when everyone was stocking up like the world was ending, Randall's was actually stocked with some essentials. I was able to get bread, water, milk, and eggs, and didn't have to wait an hour to get in like HEB down the road. Customer service is hit or miss, but the last few times I've gone it's been good. I do like that they have a Starbucks on site for coffee (actually 2 Starbucks in the same shopping center), and there are a few grocery options here that you can't get at other stores. If HEB is ever out of anything, just go to Randalls-MUCH less crowded. Make sure to use your club card for additional savings!

You guys about to lose A LOT of business if you require a mask to enter when restrictions have been uplifted. Very disappointing, but at least I know now who's been getting my money. HEB it is -customer who spends thousands a month here

Had to run in to pick up just baby diapers since we just ran out during the snow storm and this was the first chance we got, we live just down the street so was convenient but the guy at the door said they won't let anyone else in today when they close at 3pm and it 145pm! nice job. Won't be back. Unprofessional. Love this store but not a good experience.

I was so busy running around for my daughter's birthday, that I had my husband pick up the cake & cupcakes. I had some expectations but nothing to major, I asked if they couldn't do the drip then it would be fine. They tried & failed. I asked for chocolate cupcakes aside from the vanilla cake & they still gave me vanilla cupcakes. Thankfully I have a good sense of humor & the cake was still good. They really over did the icing trying to level it out. Safe to say I won't be coming back.
