I think it’s unacceptable that y’all hire Lanie Reyes as a caregiver knowing that she has two DWI. A ankle monitor, family violence cases while she works with the elderly. This is unacceptable.

I wouldn’t recommend the Haven to anyone. The Chef, the district manager are very rude and disrespectful. The “Chef” demanded to be called that and someone didn’t oblige. He saw it as a threat and told them to go home and that he would get security if they didn’t, which they don’t have. Huge egos and bunch of lies.

Update: I took my mother into another care facility yesterday, which offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care. They put her through a battery of tests and determined she should be on the AL side, not Memory Care. Which makes the Haven's actions in this matter even more suspect. I think this falls in the category of elder abuse.

My grandmother moved into The Haven about 9 months ago and she has said countless times she wished she would have moved here before as The Haven has become her home. Between the staff, activities, food, and other residents, she is living her best life.

My aunt moved into the Haven a few weeks ago, and she loves it! The staff is amazing, the level of care is excellent, and the brand new facilities are just beautiful. Highly recommend.

We’re just moving my mom in so I don’t have enough experience yet but the main reason we’re moving from The Legacy is because The Legacy was slowly letting us down and our favorite staff (Mel) is now working at The Haven. She alone makes the move worth it!!
