When my daughter started there, both teachers were awesome and she loved them; I wish those 2 teacher own that place or were managers.
Everyone else here is terrible. My daughter fell on the playground and hit her eye and forehead; no one called me, I found out because of the pics they post on the application to check your kids, the food they serve here is terrible, kids don’t eat and they don’t even have plastic silverware; look at all pics of kids eating with hands(if they eat the food); my daughter got in the car everyday asking for water, she would drink half bottle in seconds because they don’t give think enough water during the day. Every time you ask question to the front desk staff(managers); they are rude. There is not “learning experience”; in this place.
Terrible experience, terrible food for the kids, overpriced and not even friendly staff.
Keep your kids away from here.
Miss Alexa is amazing teacher and kids love, I hope she finds another place to work we’re everyone is like her

Both of my children have been attending The Learning Experience in Leander, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. My toddler has been at the school since 2022, and my youngest started in 2024. The level of care and attention from the staff is truly exceptional. The teachers are communicative, professional, and create a nurturing, engaging environment where my children feel safe and excited to learn.
My toddler has made incredible progress, thriving well beyond expectations for her age. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and fosters a positive and supportive learning atmosphere. As a parent, choosing the right daycare was a tough decision, but after touring several centers, we found TLE and knew it was the best choice. The teachers and staff are not only caring but also incredibly attentive, providing us with regular updates, photos, and texts about my child's progress. It’s clear they truly care about the well-being of each child, and they go above and beyond to ensure every child feels special.
We feel confident knowing our kids are in the best hands possible at TLE Leander. We are beyond happy with our experience and would highly recommend The Learning Experience in Leander to any parent looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child.

Not happy with this daycare. My 2.5-year-old goes here.
They have too much fast food.
Bathrooms were dirty for more than a week before they try to fix it.
Kids will be watching TV in the morning instead of engaging activities.
Way too crowded — 11 kids with one teacher. We gave consent and sunscreen 3 weeks ago, but it was never applied - answer we got was - it’s not even 80 degrees out they don’t need sunscreen.
Staff was dismissive and unprofessional when we raised concerns. Would not recommend.

Not a great experience at all.
We sent our son here for 3 weeks and so many issues.
Gave them sunscreen for him and signed the form and they never applied it. The toilets in his classroom were always stopped up and had literal crap in them every time i took him potty at pick up. Their communication about things is not good either. For the last few days he was going there they moved his class to a different room in attempts to fix the toilets in there. Had no idea that was going on so at pick one day they were outside and took him in to use the potty before leaving so he wouldn’t have an accident on the way home. They came in the classroom practically scolding us that the classroom was closed and we shouldn’t be in there even though there was never any communication about the classroom being closed.
They did a Holi event, which nothing wrong with that, but the communication that the event would be happening was not great. Also they used dry powdered colors and were throwing it all around and the kids can inhale that. Typically with small kids the colors are not done like that as just dry colors. When we brought up our concern about it they basically tried to dismiss us.
Anything we brought up to them they were always very dismissive and felt very unprofessional.
Would not recommend sending your children here.

We enrolled our son in 12-18 months classroom, but the teachers weren’t very friendly or cleaning up after eating or if he’s messy.

Our daughter has gone here for several years and has loved all her teachers. Ms. Grace and Ms. Kaitlyn are awesome and really care about our daughter's growth and wellbeing.

Had to pull my kiddo out of here last year. He had way too many injuries and a couple of times they were not reported to me. Beware. Teachers looked overwhelmed (except the newborn class). Management wasn’t great when my son attended not sure how it is now

We love this school. Our daughter is in preschool and this is her last year before kindergarten, and she has learned so much and is going to be more than ready for kindergarten. Her teachers, Mrs. Premilla and Mrs. Kayla are just the sweetest, and it’s very obvious that they both love what they do and love “their kids.” My daughter’s class size is small, like 5-10 kids, so there’s plenty of attention to go around. The curriculum is awesome and very well-rounded. Spanish, sign language, manners, and emotional intelligence are taught as well as the typical math, science, reading, etc. All in all, I would recommend others to this school and we will be sad when we have to say goodbye in August!

I am thrilled to share my heartfelt review of The learning experience, where my granddaughter has truly blossomed over the past 3 & 1/2 years. From the moment she joined, it was clear that this preschool is a nurturing and enriching environment. The growth she has experienced in all areas—socially, emotionally, and academically—has been nothing short of remarkable.
The dedicated staff members are genuinely wonderful with the children, fostering a love for learning and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere. Each educator brings a unique touch, making the classrooms vibrant and engaging places for the little ones to explore and develop their skills. My granddaughter looks forward to each day, excited to see her teachers and friends.
I would also like to highlight the incredible leadership of Normandy, the director, and Silver, the business manager. Their passion for providing a high-quality preschool experience shines through in every aspect of the school. They are always available to address any questions or concerns, ensuring that both parents and children feel valued and supported. Their commitment to excellence truly sets this preschool apart.
Overall, I cannot recommend The learning experience highly enough. It has been a wonderful experience for my granddaughter, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on her early development. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!

The school has been amazing for my child! He has developed and grown so much in the short amount of time that he has been there. The staff and his teachers are amazing special shout out to Silver for making sure we made the decision to move over to the learning experience instead of going a different route.

I am writing this review to help parents, so read up before you enroll your child. Here is a list of problems I had with the school within 8months.1. Incompetence: My child developed a biting habit in the school. He NEVER bites at home, so this concerned me. I would constantly ask the school for help as I couldn't find any valuable information online. The school waited over 8 months to recommended a chew toy that helps prevent biting habits.2. High teacher turnover: I lost count of the number of teachers my child had. The change affected my child so much that going to school became a nightmare. His last teacher was so biased, even to me…as a mother this broke my heart.3. Racism / Biasness: My child was unenrolled after 3 days of using the chew toy. My feedback to Ms Elizabeth was that they should introduce solutions to habits early, give time to adapt before deciding to unenroll, she told me "Nobody bites as much as my child does". Then imagine my shock when another parent with kids in same school tells me she signed multiple biting incidents a day, her child is still in the school and has used the chew toy for months. She told me the chew toy is a habit forming solution so it takes months, my child was unenrolled just 3 days after.4. Emotional abuse: My child would constantly come home referring to himself as a “bad boy”. Imagine learning that this is how he’s being referred to at his school? Again, I was heartbroken. I always had to do positive words of affirmation and remind him that even though a bad thing happened, it should be corrected but doesn’t make him a bad boy.5. They simply do not care: I met the director at the mall days after my child was biasly unenrolled. I was excited to see her and went up to say hello hoping she would show some concern. She returned our excitement with a grunt, not a word on my child's well being.6. Fraud: The school knew they would unenroll my child but quickly charged us annual enrollment and 2 weeks fee before unenrolling him. They should have severed all financial ties if they knew they would unenroll after 3 days of starting a habit forming solution when other children with the same issue are still in the school. The 2 stars I gave was because there was a time I felt good about this school, the problem started with the high teacher turnover and things went down from then. I have screenshots but would like to protect the identity of the people I spoke with. Just be careful!

inspite of telling them the very next day that their teachers aren’t treating my kid right and I am discontinuing they kept charging me and charged 1200 dollars for 2 days!!!my son was only 2 days in that school and they kept charging me for 3 weeks after I noticed them that he’s not coming anymore cause I saw your teacher behavior with other kids!!!!Its really unfair and Impossible what they did .($1200 only for 2 days)! Its unbelievable.

Miss Andrea and Miss Gracie are excellent with preschoolers and our daughter love going to school here. We hear everyday from our daughter what she did and different activities they teach. I am happy to say my kid is definitely learning discipline from her teachers here. Regular photo updates is excellent as well. Management (Normandy and Kirsten) are excellent with updates to parents as well. Overall this is the best early school kids could have.

I LOVE this place. Everyone there cares deeply for children. They made it SO much easier to go back to work knowing my infant was in such great protection. Her first teachers, Ms. Savanah and Ms Zoila, gave me such confidence that they would take care of her. She has now moved up to Infant B and Ms. Sophie, Ms. Maddie, Ms. McKenna and Ms. Sydney all take good care of her. I am also grateful they bring such expertise. Even helping me wean my daughter onto food and off of formula. As a first time parent, they have helped me navigate a lot.
