I can see why this UPS store down off of Herro Way west of the H-E-B plus is so well rated. I’ve never had customer service at a UPS store like I had today. I will definitely be coming back. I had a couple of packages one which required a manager’s intervention and she was very kind enough to explain to me the different options that might happen when when trying to return a package from a store.
The gentleman who helped me immediately was Johnny and when I say help, I mean it. I had another box to return to Amazon, which was slightly heavy and very bulky for me since I’m short and stout and old. !!!! anyway Johnny offered to come out and bring the box in for me. He sold me some packaging which I needed to finish packing it up and he taped it shut and guided me to put my Amazon return code in. These are all functions that you’re really supposed to do yourself so I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his help. This is a newer UPS store, but regardless, where I lived in the vicinity after this customer service I would recommend everyone utilize it.!!!

I swung by this location last week to return an Amazon package. Not only did they have a dedicated space to do it myself quickly and easily, but this location is one of the cleanest I’ve ever been into. Funny how much of a difference it made, but it felt great - like a breath of fresh air. Haha. I’ll definitely be using this location more going forward.

Arrived at 8:20am on a Thursday and the door was locked and lights off. The hours listed both on the door and online show 8:00am opening on weekdays.

So I came in here the other day to return a Amazon package. It was super easy all. All I had to do was go to the kiosk, scan my barcode, and it printed out a label. Afterwards, I did need assistance with possibly adding extra tape to the package. A young guy by the name of Johnny was super helpful and made the experience very nice. They’re also was another young lady named Emily who had a great energy and also was very supportive. Of the tape I asked for.i advised that I will be doing a review because that was just a very seamless and to have people that’s in the store that are nice and wanted it to be at work was a great experience so thank you Emily and Johnny.
