Tatum was awesome. They welcomed me into the store, saved me probably five minutes of hunting for something unusual, and just genuinely made me feel welcome. Also showed a lot of care in packing my bottles so they wouldn't knock together. I tend to make larger, infrequent trips to the liquor store, so I can see myself going out of my way to hit this location in the future due to the service alone.

Gio is great and I had so much fun shopping with him! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me decide on what bourbon to go with as a gift for my husband. Thanks for the great customer service! And my husband loved it!

In a World that doesn’t seem to value customer service anymore, Celeste is an absolute Rockstar! Answering customer questions, making suggestions and thanking customers for their patience while waiting in line, she reminded me of A seasoned NFL quarterback running a 2 minute drill to win the game.

This location is needs better customer service. I placed an online order on the day before NYE so that I can avoid the loooong lines in the store, and I was not allowed to pick up the alcohol that I already purchased. They made me stand in the long line anyways. What is the purpose of the order pick up feature? Find another liquor store for your spirits and wine, that value your money. Jesse, the manager, needs customer training 101.

I never go to the liquor store. I was looking for something to add to hot chocolate that didn’t have coffee or dairy. Jesse was extremely helpful in suggesting some things and answering my questions. Great service all around, and the cashier was friendly and helpful too.

This has been my standard liquor store since we moved to the Leander area in 2016. Have always found the staff helpful and efficient, have never had any issues with prices or services. Selection is sufficient for my needs, which tend to focus on whiskey. Ah, whiskey. Sorry got distracted there. Features the great Twin Liquors pricing, and this was the place I learned how to mix my own simple syrup (no boiling required!) from one of the clerks who used to tend bar. Recommended.

Not sure why the reviews are so low but I had a pleasant experience. I was promptly greeted and shown around as needed. There are small carts to carry items, and everything I wanted was in stock so my experience was pleasant.

The man with a mustache and beard me and my friend checked out with (after having a horrible experience at Specs); was so friendly and interactive. He told us a joke and made us laugh after a stressful day of planning an event. He deserves a raise!

Literally the worst twin liquors I've ever been to. Usually always recommend but they don't even have a bathroom at this location. The guys are 90% total jerks and their mini selection is just laughable and ridiculous.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good prices and a solid selection. Wish you could request certain brands. Please get Fortaleza Tequila. It's amazing.
