Had a last minute reservation (booked at 9am for 9:30am pickup) and they had the equipment set and ready to go before I even showed up. Very polite and genuine people. Lot is clean and well organized, office is well kept, trucks and equipment are clean. Was able to easily back up to the trailer for pickup and they hitched it up and had me in my way in no time. Leander is a bit out of the way for me but I definitely will be coming back here in the future.

Great place to rent from! Renting was easy, and they came out to hook up the trailer and ensure it was connected safely for me.

I booked a 26 foot truck two weeks ago, and on my email it said I was supposed to receive a call from the local dealer yesterday by 6 pm. I did not receive a call so I called this morning as they opened, to find that they don’t have the truck that I reserved. If I had not called, and had shown up at my appointment time at 6pm, who knows what would have happened, since I received no communication. We are moving three hours away and I relied on this for us to be able to move. Really frustrating that I had to be the one to contact them the day of to find out there was no truck and no other assistance.

They were very helpful and quick with us renting a uhaul. We even made a mistake and reserved the wrong size and they cleared it up quickly. The young man even hooked it up to my car with confidence. Thank you guys so much.
