I agree about the unanimous problem employee. She makes everyone feel like they're a bother and she truly should find another profession not in customer service. I will now go out of my way the next ups store to avoid her. Life is too short!

The customer service is outstanding! I am a retired senior and I frequently need copies of correspondence and printed copies of patient forms for processing. They have shown me the best way to use the app for my convenience. Sometimes I forget what they said last time but they still help me again and never make me feel bad about having to ask again! I have never had a single problem with any one of them.

I hope manager sees this , after my experience today and having read the reviews , the older blonde hair woman needs to be reprimanded or terminated !! According to the reviews she’s well known for being rude so this review should come as no surprise ! I can in this morning and she was rude to every customer , as I go to be assisted she barely scanned my package slip and got mad it wouldn’t scan after trying it 2xs, she got mad and condescendingly scolded me on the slip not being scan able and she redirected me to the amazon scanner . The Amazon scanner worked but I didn’t know where to leave the package , as I ask her where to leave it she became even more rude and started speaking to me slowly as if I was dumb and I stated the package scanned my question was were to leave it , she then replied oh well you can leave it there. Had she taken the time so leave her issues at the door before clocking in she would be able to better assist customers and your reviews wouldn’t be 3.0 nor would people take the time to write horrible reviews .

Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior by a white lady at the counter. She quoted twice the charge for a prepaid shipment and was not willing to explain why. Simply asked to buy the prepaid label on the website directly if it was cheaper. Was not willing to print the shipment quote on paper when I asked for proof.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK PRICES ON THE WEBSITE AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT OVER QUOTING YOU.
If they even care a little bit about customers, they should train the lady properly or get a better replacement.

Felt like they don't know about a simple notary I needed. Another UPS store did it so easily in few mins. Notary lady was disinterested and sounded like dint care about customers.

Let’s make this super clear UPS and Temu are the one that have a business contract together not the customer! UPS and Temu need to figure out how to logistically handle larger packages. Additionally for your employees not to have any type of way to solve the issue and just to stand there clicking away on their computer like they’re doing something for over 3minutes, then throw their hands up in the air saying what we have no control. Yes, you do. You have the ability to write down logistical errors in the business contract that you guys have together related to returns. Absolute and utter fail. Just another way that we get to see past the buck because it’s somebody else’s problem. And your snotty little employee that can’t even be bothered to make eye contact needs a reality check and some training and customer service

I came in today and witnessed the most inappropriate customer meltdown I have ever seen with politically and racially charged language and very aggressive behavior towards the staff. The staff handled it very professionally and were able to keep processing the rest of the customers while this man had his huge baby tantrum. He walked in .5 seconds before I did and started complaining loudly to me and then the staff about how long it was taking literally less than a minute after we got there. Then exploded at the supervisor who tried to help him process his return correctly. Really commend the desk staff and the supervisor for trying to help him at all, I was ready to just call the cops.

I LOVE this UPS Store, whether it’s for Amazon returns or shipping a package via UPS. Haven’t ever had to wait on any employee to come to the counter to handle my business. Everyone that I’ve come into contact with have been friendly, efficient, and patient with me while I’m searching for my phone, wallet, and even one time realized that I didn’t walk into the store with the package I was shipping. Without ever asking for, they’ve provided me with a tracking number that I can go to the UPS website to see the progress of the packages that have been shipped.
Anyone who goes to this UPS Store for their shipping needs, notary, Amazon returns, copier machines should know that you won’t find a more caring and professional group of people than this UPS Store.

If you're going here to get fingerprinted, DON'T. It took nearly 2 hours for the staff to figure out their machinery.
