Best customer service, patience is outstanding, kind, friendly, not burnt out, music playing to create a more welcoming atmosphere. I have a PO Box with them as well and they have never let me down.

Not sure if there used to be one but there is not a self-service station. It shows one in the pictures as well as lists “self-service hours open 24 hours a day” on the door. There is a drop off chute but not a self-service station.
