Had been a time or 2 and decided to get the monthly pass. The team is always friendly. The quality of wash is great and the crew that wipes down and handles the wheels is great. Self serve vacuum and towels. The car is looking good!

Please pull it together. With all the business you folks get and you have multiple vacuums out-two at one stall! Trash all over the ground as well. Come on people get these things fixed. There is more but no need to kick the dirt over the crap.

They stopped giving a free extra for members again. Don't know what their problem is. Have a monthly membership, looking for a different car wash now. New ownership is more worried about volume vs. Memberships.

Fast turnaround, clean car, towels were a bit wet/moist still but still dried with out the drops!

Horrible customer service, the young man working the vehicle towel drying area, pocketed the $20.00 tip I left for the hard working young lady and rest of the crew. Didn't even tried to hide it and di not place in the "tip" box. Told manager.

I will never go here again. First time here and I paid for the $14 basic wash just to get the dead bugs and debris off my car. Left with numerous deep scratches, dirt still on my windshield and hood. I get that they are not liable for damages and its go at your own risk. The only good part about this place is the power of the vacuums. There weren't even clean towels by the vacuums, only damp ones that smelled of mold. No way in hell will I ever come back. Poor teenage kid was also trying to convince me to upgrade to a monthly membership and I had to tell him no 3 times.

Have been with GO for some months now, never had an issue, yesterday was my first time at this one. Dude in the front told me to go right a little bit when it was already too late. Heard the scratching sound and there it is: hundreds to get this fixed will cancel my subscription

Great concept and convenient. My rating reflects the quality of the wash though because it doesn't clean the lower portion of my sedan. I have the highest membership which includes hand drying and cleaning the tires. The staff are not consistent with the detailing and I always have to go back over it myself. Even tipping doesn't ensure great service.

A really good carwash. Employees were really friendly when checking us in, and it was a nice, quick wash. Also, the cleaning stations were free and easy to use, they had a car mat washing station next to the bathrooms. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean, and that's nice in a public place. I would 10/10 recommend to go here.
