The store is nice and clean and not as crowded as HEB so i love to drop in when i need a few things. This morning i was checking out at the self checkout and when i was done scanning my items and went to hit continue the assistance needed popped up. The employee working the self checkout, looked over from her side conversation and gave me an accusatory "WHAT DID YOU DO?" I was too taken aback to say anything and the assistance needed just went away. The employee said nothing and kept on with her other conversation. This really stuck with me and made me uncomfortable so I will no longer shop here

Bakery made a beautiful cake for our baby shower, everyone loved it. Well Done, and conveniently located Also, Deli did a great job with our pinwheels! Definitely use them again.

Review of Randall's Supermarket in Leander, Texas (don't know why it says San Francisco??) Watch your credit cards people when dealing with online ordering through this store! I placed an order on 9/18 for 11 cases of seltzer water and 2 cartons of eggs, the total was $49.37. The store did not have the 11 cases of seltzer in stock, so I called and canceled the order because I could get the eggs at the Georgetown store. On 10/7 a supervisor at the Leander Randall's processed the charge of $49.37 to my credit card and I have been going through hell trying to convince anyone to reverse the fraudulent charge. I left several messages for the manager to call me, even had a manager from another store text him. He refused to call back. I opened a case through the online portal and after several conversations was told to produce a receipt, that, of course was impossible because I didn't buy anything from the store. I finally insisted that the overseas customer service (bit of a joke) transfer me to the U.S. and was put in touch with the customer dispute department who said this could have easily been handled if the store manager bothered to return my call. It will be several days before the money is refunded to my account. I certainly hope that upper management cares enough about their customers to look into this issue because this store deserves a manager that cares about their customers and this guy is not it!

As much as I love H‑E‑B, I am not a fan of large crowds and that is a store with large crowds. The prices and variety of things you can buy here are fairly decent, even offering some items not found at its larger neighboring store. My experiences have been positive with the staff. I've noticed the store seems to give career opportunities to many who don't deserve to be overlooked, but often are. While prices may be lower at HEB, I find that I still often choose to come here for the speediness in which I can get myself in and out of the store while being a more peaceful visit too.

A customer was blocking the self checkout lane with his empty cart, while talking on their phone, 3 employees asked me to go to the empty self checkout register (that was obstructed) but when I pointed out to the employees that the customer was blocking me from moving, they shrugged and walked away. Instead of telling the customer to move their basket, or to take their phone call elsewhere, these spineless employees just stood there with stupid looks on their faces, I ended up going to a regular checkout, and was walking out of the store before that customer moved their cart.

Expensive, good bakery, poor selection, but at least it has a Starbucks and isn't nearly as crowded as HEB.

To Management: The five stars are for Kimberly from the Round Rock Randles who was working in the bakery at your store on April 6th, 2023. Kimberly went the extra mile to insure that I received the bread I was looking for. She can fill you in on the details. Her demeanor, work ethic and desire to fulfill my request needs to be recognized appropriately.

Produce and perishable items (dairy) are always expired. Don't they have to remove them? Went today for pre-cut peppers. They were watery. They expired 5 days ago! Had the same experience with yogurt. Always check dates if you have to shop there. It's a shame. Great location.

Best grocery store in Leander. Great variety, clean store, reasonable prices and staff is super helpful. Oh and their bagels are baked fresh each morning, just like NY. love it! Keep up the good work!!

To Management: The five stars are for your employees who were working Christmas eve day. Those employees are a prime example of patience, courtesy and endurance, especially the ladies trying to facilitate the self check out lines. Those machines were malfunctioning at practically every transaction. The equipment is crap and should be replaced at your earliest opportunity. Where was the manager at that time? I felt so sad at what the employees were having to endure. Oh, and the three hundred pound bully that insisted in cutting ahead of several people; consider yourself lucky that you didn't cut ahead of me. People like you are worthless POSs.

We think Randalls has the best overall meat dept in the area. Better than HEB. Yet I am tired of going to the meat market and wanting something behind the counter and yet the guys behind the counter seem to point me toward the prepackaged meats, the ones they shrink wrapped that morning. I want the meat behind the meat counter as you would get from a butcher. And why is it that the meat market takes so long in the morning to have their case full. Many times by 10 am they won't have their roast,steaks out etc etc. The deli is slow as well when your in before 10 am their case where the pasta salads / egg salad etc, they dont have it stocked most times and this is by 10 am? We do like the $20 off $100 purchase that we get in the mail. Keep sending those.

Prices are higher but their delivery cost is lower than HEB. My issue is the last 2 times I've had delivery I don't get the hamburger patties I've ordered. The last time I thought maybe they were just out of the 80/20, so this time I ordered both 80/20 and 93/7 just in case one was out. Out of stock on both! Are you kidding me! If you don't have hamburger don't list it on your website. So I called their number to see if they could just give me any hamburger, but no help there, the girl knew nothing and wasn't even in the store, maybe another state. Frustrating. I will go back to personally shopping in the store as soon as I can get another car. Until then I just want some hamburger!
