“Our alternator went out on a late Sunday afternoon. They got us to the shop, drove over 2 hours to pick up a new alternator and swapped them out in the dark to make sure we got on the road safely. His exact words were “ if my wife or daughter were stranded I hope someone would help them”. He really was our hero today! Thank you thank you thank you from Holly and Kalindi!”

“Jeff and Sandy are the best, they both went above and beyond for us! Jeff rescued my husband and I in the middle of nowhere (& our pups) and drove us to the nearest hotel. He even picked us up the following morning to get a new rental (had a car accident) and was so kind, patient & professional. He really knows how to take care of people, especially when they are strangers :)
His wife, Sandy, was very helpful over the phone when I called to verify some directions an entire week later!! Despite it being an awful situation that happened to us, they were such a blessing to us! I am forever grateful for their assistance and kindness.”

Darrell and his brother towed us to their business, allowed us to stay on their property while hooking up our RV to their electricity, and repaired our tire the next morning. The brothers and their employees were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They were our angels coming to our rescue in the middle of the night! By the way, we found out the next morning another trucker had spent the night on their property for the same reasons—stranded in the middle of the night needing help.
