I was originally going to give 5 stars but after my third time being there to recover my vehicle the price had increase tremendously. I was told the total amount to pick up my vehicle was going to be be $413.18 and if I picked it up the next day it would be $24 more. With that being said I buy a money order for $437.18 which now I’m not able to use so it’s money lost. I go the next day and I’m told my total now is $488.06 which is much more than the $24 they had originally told me it would increase then I’m told it’s due to a notification sent which I had already been there twice before. I kindly asked if I could get the $50 removed since I didn’t need a notification sent out. They were unable to decrease the amount and I just lost close to $1000 which with everything going on in America I would think they would be more considerate and work with me.

Banis towing is amazing. We had Jason help us and he was an absolute delight very respectful and very welcoming. Absolutely amazing company. Really took care of us in a time of absolute despair and misery. 100/10 service.

Visited on a Friday and had the pleasure to meet Mr. Banis and some of his employees. Very personable and helpful during a trying time. Have used Banis in the past and they've always been very helpful.

You should call this company for your towing needs, my shifter stop working and I had it replaced a month ago, so I didn't know what was wrong, so I assumed it was the transmission. I called Banis Towing and they sent Israel out, he was awesome. He looked at car and he saw that connection to the shifter came off, he fixed it and didn't charge me anything. In a world where some Tow Companies would charge a fee, for just showing up, he just fixed it for nothing. Thank you Israel for your help, this company is awesome!!

Whoever was driving truck license plate t51 82k at 630 11/21/2024 on i10 heading to leon valley was driving dumb as hell, darting in and out at 90 miles an hr cutting people off crossed 2 lanes to get to an exit and nearly sideswiped me in a flat bed tow truck

Very Respectful and Humble People. Gave Me the info I needed. Trailer was towed by them and showed me what went wrong with it. They didn’t charge me for showing the equipment and giving me their time. Thank you Team Banis. Be Safe Y’all ! God Bless

Banis towing is amazing! A couple weeks ago my car broke down and I got first hand experience of their great service! Within a very short period of time my car and I were picked up and taken to the auto shop! The tow truck was clean, nicely painted, conversation was great with Jason during the ride and my car was in good hands along with a beyond reasonable price! Highly recommend!
