“Communicative and got me in and out the same day. The packages were explained and I only got the interior detailing. My seats looked good for a 7yr old vehicle. However, I got my interior detailed to remove an odor from my vehicle and it still smells the same. There were micro spots missed that I initially pointed out that needed attention as well. Overall, was my car clean? Yes. As advertised for the price paid? Unfortunately not.
Update 07/26/2025: I believe in second chances. They reached out to me and fully re-detailed my car as well as added an additional service to remove the odor. Much more thorough job this go around. I appreciated that they were apologetic about the initial service and were more than willing to rectify the situation and make sure everything was squared away. Still great communication from the business.”
“Ethan was very nice. My only problem is when entering the car wash there is no attendant guiding you into the wash like other car washes. If had to reverse my car several times to re adjust. Also maybe with have a pre big wash out have an attendant pre wash with water pressure.”

“I have always enjoyed the pre-wash by the Club Car Wash personable customer service and professional team but went to a new competitor because it was closer to my home but it turned out to be a bad mistake. The competitor staff hid in their booth, did not offer pre-wash or guidance and the car wash drive thru brushes scratched my truck. I immediately returned to Club Car Wash and even though it’s further from my home, I will happily make the drive every time.”

“The wash is quick and looks good with great prices and monthly price that everyone can afford they finish off the experience with unlimited vacuum and free windex and towels.”
