“Top notch experience from start to finish. I needed a suit for a memorial service and was in a time crunch. At 6'5" with an athletic build, suits (and clothes in general) rarely fit properly off the rack. They nailed it on the first fitting! I received personalized attention from the owners, as well as a gentleman who's been with the company for 38 years (sadly his name escapes me). That kind of retention in the garment industry is a testament to the way this business is run. The free tailoring is an added bonus (and for me, a necessary one). I'll be back!”

“This place is tucked in a small complex with a lot of parking. We were greeted at the door by an adorable dog and the owners were so friendly. They asked if we've been there before and gave us suggestions. We came here to look for a gift. Felt like we looked all over San Antonio for a small shoe size but the options were very limited. My husband has been following this company for awhile and said we should give it a try. Didn't have my hopes up since we weren't having any luck. To my surprise, they actually carried the shoe size we were looking for and had a lot of options. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for limited edition and hard to find (Jordan 1 and Yeezys) shoes. We'll definitely be back here again!”

“They don't have a lot of variety for kid's clothing, seems very limited. Floors were a mess, and cashier was fast but not overly friendly, very mechanical in her presentation about getting the Old Navy credit card, and voided making eye contact, spent almost $300 and felt unvalued.”
“Greatly recommend for any tux or suit needs. Got a tux, shirt, belt, arm links, suspenders, socks and bowtie all for under $250 they also carry women's clothes and kids clothes but didn't really check those out.”

“Wow, this store is super interesting. It has two floors with escalators going up and down, and it reminded me of Dillard’s but with a more rugged style. The items inside, though, are high-end name brands, so I expected the store itself to match that vibe. Like I said, it’s definitely interesting. My wife was especially excited to score some Tory Burch jelly slides for such a good price. The person at the front also let us know there’s another newer Nordstrom Rack just up the freeway with a really nice setup, so we checked it out and found an amazing little bubble of stores there. What a great spot!”
“When I was stationed at Fort Sam Houston, TX back in 2000, I would visit El Vasquero for my boots, hat, etc.. As I recall, the owners are a husband and wife Team.When I was getting boots, the husband worked with me for at least an hour to break them in. He rubbed the inside of the boot with a wet washcloth, had me but the boots back on and walk around the store for a bit, then checked the fit. Though I currently have boots that are much more expensive than that pair, I can't say that I have ever had a pair that fit as nicely.I ordered a duster from him. When it came in a few weeks later, he sent it back because the quality wasn't up to his standard. He ordered a more expensive one and didn't charge me the difference.Though I live in South Carolina now, I still recommend El Vasquero to anyone that will be in the area.”

“I have no idea how to do the customer satisfaction survey but I went in here today after not having been in a Hot Topic for years, prior to my transition, & the cashier Rosie was incredibly sweet. She offered to update my name to my preferred name & was very helpful & friendly. I used to come here as a kid & then stopped when the company began selling more average stuff, but it looks like they're getting some good stuff back in, & definitely some very nice staff. All of them were kind & cool. I'll definitely be coming back again soon :)”
