Ron, Luis and the other guys were all super nice, friendly and helpful. I had taken my vehicle to a different location twice for the same issue and this would make it the 3rd time so I can to the Bandera location. They took care of the situation hopefully for the last time. I appreciate their willingness to help me out although it was the other shop’s incompetence. I highly recommend this location. They’ll even tell you where to get good pizza!! 5 stars!

More honest people do not exist! They kept in touch with me every step of the way! My car now runs perfectly - and if it ever needs repair work again, I will only take it to Firestone! Great and trustworthy people!

Highly recommend firestone on bandera and heubner. Ron, the service manager on site today had excellent service and professionalism. Went above and beyond to help me find new tires for my car. I highly recommend Ron and the crew there for any vehicle services, i will definitely be returning.

I've been to Firestone on Bandera in the past and had a terrible experience. They are now under new management and Louis and his crew has been more than great. I took my vehicle in due to tire being low. I found a screw in it. Louis' team was able to get it fixed within an hour. I then went again to get my vehicle inspection and again I was in and out in under 45 mins and there were 2 vehicles in front of me. This location understands customer service. Thank You!

This is the best automotive repair shops that I have experienced in the little over 3 years that I've lived here in San Antonio! Ron was so friendly and informative, alongside of his awesome customer service skills he treated me with respect!!! Being a woman, mostly I just get ignored has been my experience with other automotive companies! I'm sure there are other women out there that can relate to this phenomenon! I needed an oil change and he seriously hooked me up with a generous discount! I really can't say enough about Ron and his amazing business savvy! I have been searching for this kind of repair shop for awhile and I have finally found it with Ron and his Firestone Complete Auto Care shop!!!

Ron and the Crew allowed me to see the lies I was told by IPAC Nissan by physically seeing my car in the shop. These are trustworthy men and will find everyone way to meet you in the middle or to help in any way then can.

I had a tires valve stem start leaking on me on Sunday at about 4:40 right before the store was about to close, I had went to one shop and was turned away because they were about to close and added air to the tire and said they couldn't help me, so I called this location and Ron was happy to help and saved the day, I rushed over and he had me fixed up quickly and was happy to help me out. Great service, thank you Ron

Faat service on a Sunday. Honest service. I went in for a break check and Ron was honest to tell us that it wasn't needed yet. We will definitely be back for a next oil change and brake service when needed. Thanks Ron for your excellent service.

I own the business across the street. My truck has had a few issues that cost thousands to fix over the course of a few months. It’s old and understandable, but the customer service, communication and return time on vehicles is HORRIBLE. Even if you take it early in the morning, it will not get back to you for more than a day. They always have excuses and then when you pay over $150 an hour for labor, they still take forever and never get you your car back. Just horrible place take it to Speedys Auto Service shop down the street. Also my truck is there right now and a pipe burst do to temps and heat exposure and they have it outside with the hood popped open even though no one is working on the car and they told me the part has not come in so it’s just getting extreme heat exposure.

Firestone cares about teachers and military families. Go in and see Ron and Reiko. My car has no AC and this Texas weather is horrible. They are doing what they can to help me . Customer service is excellent , wait time was no problem and car service was great. Thank you for your kindness and assistance.
