Twice the left rear brake froze. 1st time I was mailed a replacement brake that I had to swap out myself. The 2nd time, I have called on 4 occasions to return the wheelchair, but no one has returned my calls. Support sucks.

Wonderful service. They had my chair serviced and ready within a week. They also made sure to clean out the interior of the chair. Thank you so much to Ray and Jesse for the speedy repairs

THEY HAVE REPAIRED MY VA APPROVED SCOOTER TWICE AND I STILL HAVE ISSUES AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR PICK UP AND REPAIR
