“I would've given this a 5 star rating had it not been for the poor lighting and not being able to see my items inside of my storage unit. I also feel like the a/c could be cooler, the temperature always feels hot once your there for a few minutes and start to work. I've been to other storage unit companies and they keep those buildings very cold and allows the customers to do what is needed in the units without breaking out into a massive sweat. The property manager has tried his best with to resolve most of these concerns but it's all up to cooperate and out of his hands.”

“This place is in a sketchy part of town but have no doubts about the equipment he has. I had a 1560 mile road trip in front of us and I was very nervous about getting a lemon to make that trip. He have me the newest truck he had and it was awesome! Made the trip in 23hrs and the gas mileage was 10.2 mpg doing 75mph, fully loaded from the top shelf to the back door! I had passed several u hauls that were broken down along the way and I was sure thankful the location took his time to find me the appropriate truck for that trip! Highly recommend Gils! Thank you!”

“I guess it's the owner but he is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had only been there for his notary service before I saw somebody's review or picture with UPS logo. Since nearby UPS stores are almost always crowded with people waiting and the managers/owners aren't friendly even if they're at the storefront, I'd much rather go to Safe Ship for quick and pleasant dealings. They also do all kinds of printing as well as shipping with USPS, FedEx and even DHL.”
