“So, been airing up a tire for a few days and couldn't find Working Air in Levelland so I pulled into Hometown Tire in Levelland to get air. Thought I'd ask how long a repair would take. They got me right in!!! I may have been there a total of 15min... at the most!!! They fixed my tire, they did not hound me, pressure me,or try to convince me I need new tires!!!! ( like at Dis***** Tire did) They politely inform me of a few Lil concerns. I asked what I owe and they replied... Just give us a good review!!!! So here it is!!!! “I loved my Lincoln and had no intention of trading but.... unbeknownst to the dealer, I had been quietly wanting another Mustang for years. I finally got it in my head that if a red or blue Mustang convertible showed up on a certified pre owned deal, I would pursue it. One night as I'm browsing the website, there it was. So,then I decide if I can get in and out without hitting my head or needing assistance (I'm 65), I would pursue it. I tried everything to talk myself out of it but nothing worked. This now makes my 3rd red Mustang convertible in the past 25 or so years. (6th Mustang overall). it's the best one yet! Of course it would not have been possible without the assistance of the staff at Smith South Plains. No tricks, no high pressure-just down to earth straightforward deals. “My best friends, my husband, and I were on our way from Florida back to Oregon when we had a tire blow out on the side of the highway in Texas. We were all worried as it was a Sunday and we were 40 miles from the nearest tire shop. We called Earl and he immediately started packing up and calling around to find a tire that was the correct size for our car. He went and picked the tire up and met us on the side of the road. He had to take the tire into the next town over to get it aired back up and came right back to install the tire. We spent more of the day in Texas than we wanted to but Earl made it his priority to make sure we were taken care of and able to get safely back on the road. He was extremely professional and was there when we felt like we would have to leave the car on the side of the highway for the night. I cannot express how professional and determined Earl was to making sure we were able to get back on the highway and make it home in time for Thanksgiving. If we are ever down that way and run into any issues I would not hesitate to call Earl again for his help. Thanks again for all of your help Earl!”

“AMAZING SERVICE REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WENT ALL THE WAY WHERE MY CAR WAS AND TOOK MY WHEEL OF BC I DIDDNT HAVE LOCK NUT KEY AND STILL MANAGE TO TAKE IT OFF AND REPLACE 10/10 RECOMMEND”
