If I could give a negative star rating I would, the store opens at 8am, at that time there were 4 ppl, including myself, waiting in the parking lot. At 8:05 the store was still not open, although we could see the employee in the building. Another customer went to to the door and knocked. The employee continued to mess with her paperwork, then finally went to open the door. When she did, she told the customer, who was an elderly lady, that she would open the door when she was ready. I have encountered this employee before, and she one of the rudest people I have met.I left, I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that allows their employees to be so hateful against their customers. I went to O'Reilly's, where the employees had the store open, and we're friendly and helpful. I encourage everybody in Levelland to go there before going back to AutoZone.
