We were very pleased with our two night stay here while visiting family. Every aspect of the hotel we saw was very clean and tidy. The staff was extremely friendly. We got in late the fist night and picked up a pizza for dinner, and when Jess saw it, she offered us plates and napkins! The bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the room smelled clean but not over-scented. We will definitely stay here again.

Google states there is an EV Charging station located there but there is NO EV CHARGING STATION AT THIS BEST WESTERN.... They need to fix that for people with EV vehicles on the road looking to charge their vehicles, we had to go to the free RV Parking southwest of Levelland to charge our car.

Very pleasant stay! Staff was friendly! We stayed two night and were pleasantly surprised that our room was cleaned between nights! Breakfast hours were reasonable and breakfast was hot! We will be back!

Hotel is an okay option in Levelland. Hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating. No major concerns but the beds aren’t very comfortable and the bath towels were stained and smelled bad.

I spoke with owner with the concern of no WiFi and the TV not working. The TV would not stay on. In so many words he stated it was too expensive to have wireless and tv provider. I told him that was a need for your customers and WiFi. He did state that they were getting it looked at by dish but how long has the hotel been without service. Will not stay there again.

Everything was very good, the rooms, doors and among many other things. The only point is that the pool was being remodeled and they closed the gym. I think that's why I would give it 4 stars since sometimes some people like to train.

I've been coming to Best Western in Levelland since March. My son and his family had a new baby in May. It's has been very convenient to have a place to stay down the road from them. Everyone is friendly and the hotel is very clean. Traveling all the way from Killeen, is a long way from home. I appreciate the home away experience!

Very inviting staff and friendly atmosphere, Emily went above and beyond for us and Azia was very helpful and friendly in making sure our party (baby shower) was a great success!!! Thank you all for a great success in making my daughter’s day !!! We will highly recommend you all !!!
