The absolute slowest drive thru ever. Pull up and are greeted,send over your check then wait and wait and wait some more before they ask what you would like to do with the paycheck. Then wait some more while it's cashed.

I have been using City Bank for over 10 years and never had an issue with getting any money back when I had a fraud issue. I also have served in many different states in time zones across the United States in the US Army. Even then I was able to get debit cards and other issues taken care of while stationed overseas.

We live this Bank but lord to use the drive they is horrible. It takes at least 10-15 min on a slow day but busy be prepared and the way gas is goodness you can burn it for sure waiting sometimes we've waited as long as 45 min in drive thru. Makes me want to move banks. Sometimes we come through on our lunch break and can't do that unless there is no cars period. It's went down since Eddie left so sad honestly.

My mother had The actual problem but I was the one speaking for her. I first talked to a lady behind glass and you could tell she went out of her way to help us but didn't quite know what to do so she went and got a higher rank personnel who was not only rude but seemed annoyed and impatient. She was of no help. Maybe because they were fixing to close but never have I been treated and felt like I was a bother to someone who works at a bank. Why work there if you don't want to help people and I mean all types of people at that?
