I have an incredibly painful medical condition called GBS, and have to see a pain management specialist for it. My doctor called in my pain medication to this pharmacy and the pharmacist literally refused to fill the medication because he thought it was “too much”. He is NOT a medical doctor, and has no right to not fill a prescription just because of what HE thinks the amount should be.I have never even heard of such a thing happening, and am absolutely shocked that this man can be a pharmacist:

Made a covid test appt for 10am went thru the drive thru like you're supposed to. Just to waited for her to tell me the only person that can get into the computer for this won't be in until 2pm...what ok. Come back at 2 wait and wait again just for her to say there is no appt in their system ? ok. Went to the parking lot made an appt again for 2:50 made sure I got a confirmation# this time and went thru drive thru again!! Waited 15min!!! While she looked at that computer screen and finally called someone else over, all this time not even looking my way, to finally tell me my ins doesn't cover the flu testing it offers . Problem is she didnt even say I'm sorry for the wait NOTHING! BAD customer service!!

Had an appointment for a covid test for travel at 10am. They finally got to me at 11am even though nobody else was there. I could see the pharmacist on her phone through the window while I was waiting. Very unprofessional!

Make sure you pay attention to what the drive-through is what they keep changing it around every time you turn around. Also if I was you I would just go in because they drive through takes forever been sitting for 20 minutes waiting on one car...... I don't use this pharmacy but somebody I'm picking up their scripts for does I don't use this pharmacy for this reason they take too long. Went in instead of waiting in the damn drive-thru got my script in 5 minutes versus the fact I've been sitting out there for 20 plus......so sad...

Great place to get a passport photo taken or print photos at the kiosk. I don’t like CVS’s reward system, but that’s not this location’s fault - that’s a corporate thing.

I arrived in Littlefield for Thanksgiving vacation when I discovered that I had left my blood pressure medicine at home. I use an uncommon brand, and I was disheartened to hear that the Levelland store didn't carry it. A pharmacy tech or clerk named BRANDON took it from there. He not only called the other pharmacies in Levelland, he also called all of the CVS stores in Lubbock, all to no avail. He then started calling other brand pharmacies throughout Lubbock and finally found my prescription brand at a major competitor's store. BRANDON went on to ensure that my insurance would cover the prescription and made arrangements for my niece to pick it up. Congratulations, Levelland CVS -- Brandon is a credit to your organization and a leader in customer service. Thank you, and especially, thank you Brandon, for making me rest easier for the rest of the holiday!
