I will say I did find it random they clean the dust off your hands with a vacuum hose after filing and shaping the shaping was a bit off but I can fix it good service tho wish it was a bit longer I left my house around 5:51 for home around 6:39 nails are off from picture i wanted

Giving a 2 because the people were nice and I guess they are good for Levelland, but do not, I repeat, ever ask for a French tip nails here. They have no idea how to do them and my nail beds look awful and none of my nails match, don’t get me started on how crooked my nails are on top of everything. Super thick and uneven. They acted as if they didn’t understand me once I brought up my concerns. They also cut my finger. I would not recommend this place unless it’s your last option. $60 for nails that don’t even look as good as press ons. Wait to go somewhere in Lubbock, if you can.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The service was weird they had two different people interacting with me (doing my nails) multiple times I asked the sole tech to fix my nails she tried, I appreciate the effort but I was not happy with them at all. I ended up paying and still leaving just trying to give them (my nails) a chance before going to get them fixed elsewhere. Came back to ask for a refund because I paid to get them fixed and they refused because she said I told her I liked them but I never did I said they were pretty because for one they took time to do them and she tried repeatedly to fix them and I’m just not that disrespectful. Now they were rude and defensive due to me asking for a refund. Will not return.

I was visiting family in town and broke a nail. So I went with the reviews. HORRIBLE!is an understatement! I figured they’d use my current shape as a template. No. Rounded corners. AND they were uneven! A horrible mess! The last picture is my original nails. Perfect square every time! Can’t wait to go back to her!Service: Manicure

went in today a little after lunch and asked for acrylic nails so they started doing them and they prepped my nails (drilled them) and they only did one hand and like 2 fingers on my right hand. anyways i leave and get in my car and i accidentally hit my hand on my seat and if popped off. so then i go back and they redo it. then a little around 5 i got my dinner and while i was eating a different nail popped off. i paid $60 for nails when i coulda got the same thing at the dollar store.Service: Acrylic nails
