“I live near dallas but I was in Levelland for my grandfathers funeral this past weekend. My sister, her husband, their baby & I went to the starbucks inside. My brother in law ordered a coffee and ended up spilling it all over the floor and himself. Four or Five employees from the grocery department came over immediately and helped clean it up. The Starbucks worker (young guy with long dark hair) made us another coffee free. These people were so kind and quick to help. And the coffee was great.”

“Went to United this morning with my. We started doing some shopping a lovely lady came up to us and ask my grandmother she would like to use some of her reward points because she had way too many and she had to use them today my grandma said of course what a blessing thank you she gave us a list and we continue to go on and grab the stuff we were able to get through the reward program. As we went up to the front the reward points did not want to work so we had to call a manager. That's when we met Kayla the manager . She right away jumped into the situation to try to fix it was pretty frustrated for the both of us she kept her cool with a smile. During a frustrating moment. But I just wanted to brag a little. Thank you Levelland 509 store greatabout Kayla because she could have been rude to us but she was very respectful. So she fixes situation and we were on our way. Thank you Levelland 509 store great management and group effort. Leaving with a smile great memories with Grandma”
