These guys get you in quick and are friendly and courteous. Went in for an oil change and they were not pushy on other items. I have been paying more elsewhere for less service (in another city). They went over tread tire and brake pads life with me also. Highly recommend!! I will be back.

Being a first time customer it was an excellent experience. The check in was very easy and the service was thorough in a very timely manner! The prices were very competitive compared with other places. Thank you Levelland Quick Lane!

I was greeted right went I walked in. Very nice atmosphere and felt comfortable going in. The employees went far and beyond to help me with my issues. Even show mePictures what was wrong with my car. My daughter was in about a week before me and they even treated her the same way. I would recommend Quick Lane to anymore

David is always a pleasure to speak with, I have been several times in the last few months and couldn’t ask for better customer service! As well as everyone in the back of house, they are kind and efficient at what they do. I will never come anywhere else for Oil Changes or any service within their realm.

Family member just had a horrible experience! Lost her key fob then took all her stuff out of the glovebox and threw it all in the floorboard looking for the tire lock. Then took all of her luggage out of the back of her car for a oil change… didn’t need to touch any of her luggage in the back of her car for anything… and didn’t even acted like they cared. Just trying to get her out cause they had customer/s and didn’t want them to hear the issues at hand. Ridiculous like come on.

The personnel were very helpful in identifying the right equipment for my car. The price for tires were best in town. I'm very satisfied in going there for the first time. I truly recommend it to anyone. ?
