Good luck finding a stall that works. The employees are very nice, but I hardly get to interact with them when I can’t even order at a stall.

Everytime my husband and I order drinks with fruit, cherries, lemon or lime, they usually do not give any. Even when we pay for extra. Tired of paying for it and getting none. Also tired of the non working stalls.

Hailey is unprofessional with the male guests. I wasn't going to say anything but this has gotten out of hand. Anytime I've come up alone she's very short and quick to walk away. When my husband and I come up she is the opposite. You can be kind and do your job without flirting with my husband who is right next to me. Frankly it just makes us uncomfortable, and definitely won't make us leave a tip if that's what she thinks. Everyone else is great.

The worst sonic ive ever had. Had to send an order back twice WITH a receipt describing what we ordered. And they still managed to get ot wrong due to the lack of attention they seem to have. Never again ? avoid this place if you care about food quality, time, and great atmosphere. Do better. Thank you.

This is without a doubt the worst Sonic in all of West Texas. First off just try to find a working menu board. Good luck with that game of chance. Any item you order takes soo long to be delivered. And when you do get, it’s usually wrong. Nothing taste fresh made. The drinks taste “off”. This run down location really should just be shut down. It would be a favor to the town.

Buffalo Chicken bites almost a buck a piece. I got the 7 piece and more than one was empty no filling I wasn't going to waste my gas after going all the way home but come on Sonic food prices are high enough to pay without getting the food you paid for.

I ordered my food off the App.spent over $21The food was terrible hamburger was dried out, French fries were old I think they gave me last weeks fries. The drinks were nasty. They tasted horrible.I'll never buy food at this sonic

This is so sad to have to make this review about the only Sonic in Levelland Texas. This has been my home forever and it seems like after Covid the entire place has went down to the dumps. I can not remember the last time I received fresh hot food from this place. Waiting 20 minutes for my order and its still cold and hard makes no sense whatsoever to me. I do not mind waiting if my food would come out fresh and warm enough to enjoy. After paying and having to wait for my change is very frustrating. There has been a few instances that I did not even receive my change. I do not mind tipping but it should be my choice not theirs. There are always stalls that do not work and the stalls that "do work" bearly do just that. Maybe someone should invest in a new Sonic in town with better knowledge of customer services. The only good thing I can say is if you love your cup packed with ice after asking for light ice you have chosen the correct place. Thanks for reading.

The amount of working menu boards this location has I can count on one hand. And to by pass that problem we use the app. But there’s no identifying markers on the stalls so that’s a hassle too. Also on a side note it wouldn’t kill to have the drinks wiped off before bringing them out. FOUNTAIN needs to do better.

Half the stalls do not work , have to repeat my order several times and sometimes food is not fried enough like tots,cheese sticks,fries.
