We used wright collision to repair my car after a fender bender with a pole! They were amazing and very quick. The customer service was amazing and my car looks brand new as if the accident never happened! Couldn’t recommend a better company! So pleased

I WENT INTO GET AN ESTIMATE AND HAD MY MINDL SET AT THE MOMENT TO LET THEM REPAIR MY CAR .. WHILE I WAS LOOKINNG FOR A CHECK TO GIVE HIM ANOTHER CUSTOMER PULLED UP AND HE WAS ATTENDED TO IMMEDIATELY... I WAS IGNORED FOR AT LEAST 15 MIN SO I GOT UP N LEFT... We took our vehicle here after I was in an accident. The body work they did on our vehicle was very good. Although, I was not impressed with their attentiveness to detail. We had to take our vehicle back because we were not able to get our spare tire down due to that mechanism being damaged. It has been almost three weeks since we took the vehicle back and it still hasn't been fixed. When I call the staff is very nice and willing to give me updates on the status of the vehicle. I do have reservations that when we get our vehicle back all of the issues that happened due to the wreck will be addressed.

Don't take your car here, Ruined new car, Won't take reasonability and fix I had my brand new 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage, with less than 300 miles on it, serviced by the shop in Ambridge to replace a dented front bumper. The problem comes in when I pick my car up and immediately noticed a splattering of white dots on my dash near the thermostat controls that was definitely not there prior to bringing my car to the shop - again, it was a brand-new car. After explaining the mysterious dots to the body shop, (The manger was ruin and condescending and walked away to smoke a cigarette) he attempted to blame them on the original accident, saying it wasn't their problem. Then he tried to say that it was a defect in the plastic and would attempt to get it covered by the insurance company - not sure why they would do this because I keep telling them it didn't happen in the accident it happen after I dropped it off at their shop and before I pulled it out of their parking lot. Needless to say, the insurance company didn't pay for it. Now I have to deal with the problem that THEY CAUSED and won't fix. Clearly, their management does not take accountable for their mistake. They also kept my rental car for a week after I dropped it off. Avoid having your car serviced here if you don't want your car to be permanently stained.

Wright Collision Center is the best! I never take my vehicles to any other repair center. Everyone treats you with courtesy, honesty and integrity. My vehicles always come out looking like new!
