Working with a tight budget a few months ago, in desperate need of a set of tires for my truck, I found this place. Junior and his guys are honest and will do the best they can to accommodate their customer. Got 2 new tires for the rear and a really good set of used tires for the front for just under $400 installed, out the door.Last week I noticed one of the rear tires was losing air and the valve stem was leaking. Took it down to them today and in a matter of about 15 minutes they replaced it for me at no charge. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service I've received and will be going here for all my tire needs in the future.

7 Day Tire and Wheel. Excellent tire shop. Stopped in to have a screw removed from the back tire on my truck. Fast service and very courteous. Service technician came back and said that the stew did not penetrate the tire. He put the tire back on and said, “you are good to go!” I asked how much for the service and he said no charge. I appreciate the honesty and the fast service. I’ll be back to have them out on my next full set on my truck. Thanks fellas!

I am always extremely impressed with their customer service and professionalism. My family and I have been using this shop for all our tires/wheels needs for almost two decades and these guys are always at their top standard in all great ethics. And NO WAIT TIME! These guys are SUPER QUICK. Any where else in town you go every shop makes you wait hours. So definitely come check them out for your next set of Fresh tires.

Been using seven day tire for my used tires for the better part of a decade. They’ve always had quality used tires and great customer service. Unfortunately, that has changed, I bought two used tires at the end of July and I have put less than 400 miles on them, and they both separated. My first instinct was possibly my front end was out of alignment. Took my truck to a mechanic to get the front end Aligned. He stated itcould use little bit of work, but overall my front And was in good condition, and the tire separation was not due to my front end. The mechanic was nice enough to point out the manufacturing date of the tires, and inform me that used tires I bought for was almost 7 years old and were quite dry rotted. I’m not a tire guy so I trust seven day tire was selling me good used tires. I came in today with that information and the guy just kept shrugging his shoulders telling me there’s nothing he can do except sell me tires again . I would like to think this is just a one off situation. Just be cautious of dates on tires and realize that seven day Tire will only honor by length of time not mileage. And they’ve increased their used tire prices tremendously. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not a discouragement not to go. This is more or less do your due diligence and ask a lot of questions. This doesn’t feel like the same seven day Tire it was many years ago.

I’ve been here a few times and they have always been helpful. They are quick and try to get you through as soon as possible. Only reason for a 4 star is because they have no inside lobby to sit in while you wait. But again, the wait is not long for a quick tire patch, air pressure check, etc.

I have an old van that we still get plenty of use out of and we needed tires. Since I didn't want, or need, new tires, we went to 7 Day Tires for a quick used set. After calling the number listed in Google 5 times throughout the day and the number off the website 3times, I finally just went. The guy claiming to be in charge, said he had 4 used tires that would work for what I needed. He went in to look for them and told me to wait for a minute. A few minutes later, I hear a bunch of whistling like someone calling a dog. When it got louder and louder, I looked up and realized it was the "manager" whistling at me from about 20 feet away. I told him I didn't appreciate being whistled at as I walked towards him and he said, "that's how I treat everybody." I reiterated that I didn't appreciate it, then he told me he refused to do business with me. This place used to be a decent place to get quick service. When I tried to reason with him, he hid behind a wall in the office and talked to me from around the corner. It is obvious he knew he was wrong and was afraid to show is face. What an embarrassment for the actual owner. I let him know I had referred people to 7 Day Tire before and now I would make sure anyone I know looks elsewhere.

They were quick & efficient in a pinch. However, I feel like I got the "female price"...I was charged $70+$5.78tax, for 2 Tire changes. I supplied the tires. $35+ per tire...prices hv increased considerably..it "use to be" $10-$20 per, for a MKX

I had an emergency tear in my left tire and my sister referred me here. These guys are amazing. I was surprised how quickly they changed it as well and being thoughtful and courteous. They changed my tire in 5 minutes, $44 (including tax per used tire). The used tires are in really good condition. These guys work hard and fast, especially in this heat. You all are so appreciated. Great staff, prices and quick work. Highly recommend if you need a tire asap. Replaced 2 tires with new ones for better price than other shops and was only there 30 min . Will be back!

One of the quickest and realist experiences I've had. Didn't try to upscale anything. Told me what my options were which were INCREDIBLE prices and even when a problem with the rim was encountered, they at no charge, fixed the rim and were able to help me very quickly get back on the road.

Great little tire shop with excellent customer service. Usually mechanics can be surly and rude, especially over the phone and we’ve never had an issue getting quality used tires put on our car. We had our front two replaced here and they’re still in great shape months later. We moved out of Lewisville and still make the drive here for tires when we need a patch or a new (used) one put on. The price is always very affordable and we’ve never had an issue with our car afterwards.

I have been bringing my car to 7 Day Tire & Wheel for many years. Junior and a couple his employees that have been there for a while always greet us with smiles like we are good friends or family. They treat their customers extremely well and everyone is courteous. You cannot beat their prices either!

I get told different things every time I go. This place use to be very knowledgeable about brake/tires/etc. now it’s like they have so many younger adults working and staff that’s lazy that don’t want to do any type of brake service to your brakes. My brakes are still sounding horrible and being told by one of the staff it was my driver side rotor so I come back to have them “fix” the issue and guy tells me everything looks fine. Sir, I am hearing my brakes run together and grind. But you’re telling me everything is fine I guess my money isn’t good enough or just lazy. But telling me my vehicle is fine when I was told previous week from YOUR staff meme we have me on edge of being on the freeway. My vehicle brakes/rotors are not safe. Whoever the main guy, skinny, Indian/Arab dude, he’s been providing poor service since they’ve made him management, I suppose. After 3yrs of service, I won’t be back. Unfortunately. This place has just gone downhill. Smh
