Fountain machine has been down for 2 weeks now. The staff is always in a bad mood even the managers. The only nice one is the white older man.

One of the workers Kevin who was working Sunday afternoon seems to have a problem with lgbtq people because he did not want to serve me as I stopped to get gasoline and other items from this 7/11. I will not be going back to this location and would like to get in touch with corporate

Ashley is always incredibly rude and unprofessional EVERY TIME. She gives you an ugly attitude and talks to you like you are bothering or interrupting her. The big manager (gm) doesn't care she let's her treat customers that way because ashley is still working there. I absolutely hate having to go to this 7eleven because of that cashier. She ruins my mornings and puts a bad taste in my mouth. Not good for business especially since managers and corporate don't seem to mind her behavior. I'll be going to qt from now on.

This 7-Eleven is on my route home and Kevin, one of the cashiers, is always an absolute delight. He’s so kind and greets every guest that comes in. 9 times out of 10, he’s on duty when I come in and he always puts a smile on my face.

It was the Dirtiest 7-11 I have ever been in. I have worked for them back in the 80's to the 90's. We'd been Fired. I understand this could be a Franchise. But have they No Shame. I been to 7-11's in East Dallas that are Way Cleaner. That hasn't been cleaned this those pictures of a Clean Store. Which is False Advertisement. I should have taken more Pix. They shouldn't be even Serving Food.

No slurpee cups? Third and final visit to this 7 eleven. On my first visit, I wanted a frozen Coke, but the machine was not working, plus no foam cups available. On my second visit weeks later, I had to find someone to get a foam cup for my frozen Coke because it keeps my drink cold longer. The only size they had was large. I like the small size because they are $1, and it's more than enough sugar. The spout got the cup wet, sticky, and messy. No napkins to be found. I again had to ask. There is no discount for inconvenience. The third visit months later. There are no small slurpee cups. Only one size foam cup large. Standards are low here. Signs that have been used over and over to let customers know that machines are not working? I noticed that the pizza and wing snack display was empty. Loss in sales. I now go to the 7 eleven on the other side of the highway across from the Panda E.

So are used to stop in this every day to get coffee. The cappuccino machine in 7-Eleven makes really good coffee, especially flat whites and cappuccinos however they are broken most of the time or out of product and it seems like nobody in the stores knows anything about them. Can't even put milk in the thing correctly. When one doesn't work is months before corporate 7-Eleven fixes it so I don't know why they even bother. I think they should get out of the coffee business. The people that seem to work at 7/11 just don't care I know it's a little paying job, but if it sucks that bad find another place to work.

Stopped by for gas and lottery tickets. The place was fairly clean outside, and the restroom was clean. The gentlemen inside were very friendly. The store was well stocked.

Shame on 7/11 on the corporate level. Just because 7/11 is franchised it does not mean customers should lose the expectations/values of 7/11. 7/11 should keep their franchised stores accountable to the culture/mission of 7/11. Look at the reviews it has a rating of two and the bad reviews goes back for years and years. What’s more important an affluent individual becoming a franchised owner or the customers who build 7/11 brand. I could leave a long list of complaints however it will not be anything that is already said. I need to know when 7/11 is going to keep the franchise store in align to the expectations/goals/mission/values of 7/11 as a whole. It’s not a mom and pop store it’s 7/11

It is a convenient location with a decent selection. It's adequately stocked and clean, but the general rabble definitely raises an eye-brow. This is not a place I recommend hanging around for extended periods.

Two stars based only on the convenience of the location. When I walked in, there were 2 unoccupied register attendants and neither verbally acknowledged me. I observed their lack of customer service as they barely acknowledged anyone who came in and my observations were sufficiently validated when they maintained their lack of regard in processing transactions. So many opportunities in service delivery here and from the looks of previous reviews, this feedback should come as no surprise.

This place is very convenient for the past 5 years I have been stopping to get gas there. So if you pay bat the pump you would expect to get a receipt… NOOOO it’s always out of paper and I have to go inside which is a waste of time I have asked the manager the older white gentleman and the older Asian man and they are both rude. I was told that I could walk in really to stand in a long line because they are watching the others work. ( like they are slaves or they think they might steal something) I paid at the pump just filled up with 80.00 why is that convenient for me.The staff members have one simple job and that’s to keep receipt paper in the machines. They really need customer service training

Cashier walks away between transactions, owner is rude and unprofessional. Treats everyone like crap. Worst 7/11 in the area go to a different one.

Of all the 7-Elevens in the area this is by far the dirtiest, most expensive, uninviting, least friendly location anyone in the general area you can enter. The second you enter this store unlike any other one you don't get a hello or a welcome, it's dark and immediately seems dirty and unmaintained, they sell less than half of the normal products you would see in a 7-Eleven, if you want any protein bars or anything I hope you want to pay for a grocery store special K bar and no varieties. I went in to buy a $3 salad sandwich since that's what the current deal was and planned on getting a fruit cup for $1 it did not ring up that way, I asked and they said we don't do that here that's not true, on top of that they had no fruit to even do that last part of the deal, they will literally charge you for a small cup of ice on 105°+ days even if you look like you're about to have heatstroke. On the upside the older gentleman with the apron was nice and was cleaning the drink area. So at the minimum I can assume that the drinks may be clean but I didn't want to remove to spout for the fountain in front of him to check for mold as it felt weird.
