The worst. Be more like the Japanese 7-11 with great customer service.
They act like they're doing you a favor by ringing you up. If you want a good customer service experience go to any QT. They're either on the phone, or too busy stocking, or having a conversation you can't understand while you standing waiting. I'm not going to stand around and wait for you to take your time with doing whatever you want before deciding to ring me up at outrageous prices. The older Indian guy is extremely rude, like every other comment has said. Literally started yelling at me because I got tired of waiting at the counter for him to ring my water up, and I decided to leave
I've tried here several times. It's always the same. Never again!

I did my part already. I let you know what a horrible location this is.. so has every other reviewer. stop replying with a generic response that says hey, do more work and write another review. Just say you don't care, or do your job, one of the two

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this 7-Eleven around 9 PM. The employee working the shift, who appeared to be of Indian origin, was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Not only did he have a terrible attitude, but he also forcefully tried to pressure me into buying something I clearly didn’t want. When I politely declined, he became visibly angry and continued to push the item, making the entire situation uncomfortable. What’s even worse is that my wife had a similar experience with him previously—she was also treated disrespectfully and made to feel pressured. It’s unacceptable, and unless this behavior is addressed, I’ll be avoiding this store in the future.

store says it’s 24 hours but 9 times outta 10 if you come here overnight they are closed , the same car is parked outside and i’ve seen the person sleeping my in their car , no point in being open 24/7 if your gonna be closed most of the time for no reason 1 star experience

Came to get some drinks and the doors were locked and no one was in the store. Lights were on and this is 1:44am. Online shows that it's open 24/7. So why is it closed? You should fire whoever is currently working there. They are not following their job description

I came in today to grab snacks with my 3 little boys and begin being followed by the the lady(Asian) around the store. I ended up needed to go to the car to grab some cash and while I was outside she asked my kids if they had anything in their pockets. Accusing them of stealing. I really don’t appreciate my kids being questioned while I wasn’t present. I have a video to share with everywhere and let them know she is an ignorant person. She didn’t offer to apologize or anything. Only threatened to call the cop. I will never go to this store again. Get better staff.

Cashier at night time is extremely rude and very sarcastic with all of his customers. Literally insults the customers to their faces and laughs about it. Will also drop your items on top of the bag for you bag them yourself. Not understanding why he’s even still an employee as most returning customers go to the store up the street on round grove now because of him.

The cashier purposely shorted me on my cash back, unfortunately I was late for work so I didn't have time to go back and forth with the man. And this was only for a few cents, if they're willing to short people on a few cents I would be surprised if they tried to scam people.

All reviews say the same thing. Someone should do something other than leave a comment to leave a review. You will show up to get gas and no workers are there. All lights are on no employees on a Friday night at 12:30am. 4 cars drove in and had to leave since the doors were locked. I waited 10 mins still no employee. This has happened to me 3 times now.

Locked and closed no hours posted anywhere typical across dfw area now I guess. 7-eleven needs to address their franchises also good luck finding one that allows you to use the restroom anymore. Even though it is against city ordinances. Wish the city code enforcement would do their jobs

They are not 24/7 employees had the doors locked at 12:30 AM and completely ignored the other 5 people trying to get in.. this is like the 4th time this has happened to me and I’m done with it.. I’m going to be that that person that calls the corporate/ regional office

After making a purchase here the next day my card was hacked! Very scary. Please do not use your ebt card here. They use a different scanner and it has a skimmer on it.
