gave me $13 for a refund I spent $35 on the item. I lost receipt but the clearly had my perchace in the computer, with my phone number!!! they even found the transaction with my debit card. but would not give me my full refund because I didn't have the paper receipt!!!! than why do you ask for my phone number every time. are you selling my info?? why else get my phone number !!!! I'm DONE with ACE hardwre. you have lost a client .. . All over $ 20.00 !!! It's not the money . I really question why get a phone number from every transaction if not for transaction history!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! are you selling everyone's info????? lots of people are getting sued for this practice. !!!!!!!! I think I should dig a little deeper.

Westlake Ace Hardware Lewisville Tx is the best hardware store in my area. It is a pleasure to visit this store. The manager as well as the entire team is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s rare these days to find a business that goes above and beyond to provide the very best customer service. Kudo’s to this team!

My husband went there to get some very simple supplies. The competency of these employees are at an all time low.
They wouldn’t honor a refund.
They couldn’t figure out how to do the refund
The Apple Pay won’t accept over $50
The people don’t know how to make transactions.
Frank the manager was rude and not the brightest.
He ended up just leaving his stuff and getting out of there.
They blamed their issues on being there for only a month but a new franchise doesn’t mean you have to hire children that don’t want to work.
Get your stuff together.

Ordered online. Website said 2 in stock. Arrived at store 2.5 hrs after open to be told they did not have it in stock and the order had been cancelled. No email notification or even a phone call to keep me from wasting a trip.

It might not be a big deal to others, but it is to someone trying to get back into shape. I had a $1300 gym stored because I sold my house in 2015. I couldn't find the hardware to put it back together now that I have a new, bigger house. I went to three different stores. I was ready to give up and just buy a new gym. I saw an Ace Hardware store and decided to try one more store. One guy, Frankie, helped me, measuring each piece and looking at an old picture of the gym. I then went to the front of the store, and Isaak and Rich helped me without further delay. Those guys were awesome. My gym is up. Finally! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
