The doctor is good. No wait times as such and they have quick service.
My only complaint was that they charged me 55$ for “Contact Lens Fit and Follow-up” without actually giving me this service. I think next time, i will just take prescription from them and order contact lenses separately from the manufacturer.

First time getting glasses at AB. When I finished choosing my frames Yolanda helped to complete my purchase. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Everyone there was friendly and ready to help if you needed it.

Yolanda is simply the best with fittings. I give her an A++. Exam was thorough and very little wait time. Can't beat their prices either. Highly recommend America's Best in Lewisville.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone in this office is rude and unprofessional. Someone from corporate level really needs to secretly shop them to see how they treat customers. If you don’t like your job, find a new one.

Went in for a walk in eye exam l. Was going to just recive the contact or glasses exam, but the receptionist told me it would be fully covered with out a copay. Then after the exam I was told its $50 copay.
This would be fine if they were upfront about it but after running my insurance I was told there wasn't going to he a copay. When I discussed with the women at the desk she didnt care and just said the receptionist isn't aloud to give pricing, no apologies or anything.

Went into this store on a Saturday to find some new frames. I felt like the staff was unprofessional. They were all sitting around talking about getting drunk and one was taking about some girl he met on a cruise that was drinking wine and would get really messed up because the wine was 15%. There were other costumers in the store as well that seemed uncomfortable. I just did not care for the vibe. Instead of being helpful they were all just talking about their drinking stories and no one even asked if we needed help. I Walked out and no one even said anything, like thanks for coming in or have a great day.

They were fast made my appointment on the date I wanted, didn’t even sit down for 5 min before we got started. They even gave me my prescription for my lens.. Great people that works there at that branch very nice and transparent

They takemore than 11 business days to give eyeglasses and they keep lying about when it will be ready on the phone they are literally taking 3 weeks to give glasses. The front callers are unprofessional put me on hold and cut me off when I'm talking.

As being my first experience with glasses, everyone was very helpful and kind. Taking me step by step with the eye test, and then measuring me to get fit with the right glasses.

Came in here asking for contacts, and the lady who was helping me, was very rude making comments about my situation. She said that I shouldn’t wait last minute to order my contacts prescription, but I just have not had time to go. My glasses just broke this morning. I had already told her I had just been wearing my glasses & She then went on to about how I should ask my parents as if that's any of her business. That was very upsetting & unprofessional.

Burger was sloppy, thrown together & not hot. Very soggy, looks like someone bit the center out of my pickles & they refused to remake is saying that it will come out of their check & the cook was new.
Horrible customer service. In their defense all their meals come with drinks! Unlike other places where you spend $15 or $20 & no drink.
The food is usually good so this is surprising!
